Vietin pitkän viikonlopuna Teneriffalla ja majoituin tänne... Vastaanottohenkilökunta oli loistavaa ja todella kohteliaita ja ottivat tarpeeni hyvin huomioon. Huoneet olivat perustasoa, mutta siistejä ja mukavia. Uima-altaalla oli auringonottotuoleja ja varjoja. Eikä täällä yöpyminen maksanut juurikaan mitään! Mitä muuta voisi viikonloppulomalta toivoa?

Reception is literally in the back for a restaurant.

The location is probably the only upside to this hotel. Myself and my friends (a group of 4 young girls) stayed for 4 nights but would have left if we weren’t skint. Upon arrival at the hotel late at night we were greeted by a very rude woman at the reception. This lady in particular grew to be our arch nemesis the entire holiday. We seemed to have annoyed her simply by showing up for our booking and asking for any further assistance during our stay. She told us we had been split into 2 separate rooms when we had booked 1 to be together, she did not like us questioning why. (To be fair some other staff were happy to help us) There is NO air conditioning which you are told on arrival (which we didn’t think to check beforehand because what hotel in SPAIN does not have AC?) The rooms are absolute sweat boxes. They do however have a handy little fan which does not work on the highest of 3 settings and blows hot air around the room. We were told the rooms do not have AC but we can request it at any time. This is not true. You must wait for morning when reception will phone a company to bring out a portable AC unit at a cost of €80 for 3 nights (including €20 deposit) As it is a portable AC unit it comes with a tube to put out the window to get rid of the hot air. Our rooms were on the ground floor with the only windows being the balcony door or a full length window backing onto a courtyard. We were faced with two options; be at risk of an intruder or sweat to death during the night, we chose the latter. Basically forked out an additional €60 for AC we could only use when we were in the hotel room and awake. The hotel did not make us feel safe at all. One night we were followed back to the hotel by three males so we began to run into reception. We told an older man at the reception he told us to be quiet (we were not shouting or anything just running) Rooms were overall run down and dirty. Stains on the toilet seat and shower, wallpaper peeling off the walls and dirty marks all over the floor. Overall sweaty, dirty and a horrible reception woman. Couldn’t pay me to stay again xx

Lovely apartments

Great, clean and spacious apartments, best views on top few floors, rest are gardens at back/side or pool area. Pool bar great staff, very friendly and attentive. Very close to playa de las Americas and beach. Lovely restaurant at front.

Fabulous accommodation

Very spacious, equipped and clean appartment. Staff are so friendly and chatty, they made the holiday extra enjoyable. Our family stay every year here and now we know why! Such a great location also. Our only drawback was that we had a young noisy group above us that would play music loud until very late at night so we had a few nights of unsettled sleep, but this was a one off and can happen anywhere!
