The service and the staff! Furthermore, we really appreciated the location of the hotel.
-
- the doors to the rooms in the hotel were making very noisy sounds every time when opening and closing. - the toilet in our bathroom had problems with the flushing as the water tank did not refill automatically. It needed to be manual activated frequently.

Clean small hotel just off the tourist area

Very clean 4 star hotel with friendly people. Anastasia at the front desk was wonderful and so helpful in answering our questions and getting us rides for our ferry and horseback riding. The breakfast was great and fresh. The pool was clean and the pink Bougainvillea in the gardens was beautiful. I would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!!!

I stayed at the iris boutique hotel just last week, the room was absolutely perfect it gave it real authentic Greek vibes, the staff were amazing and so helpful, the cleaners were very thorough everyday. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach and the main strip with all the shops and restaurants. The pool is literally opposite the hotel and it had a bar with reasonably priced chilled drinks.

Amazing stay!!

This hotel was amazing to stay at! The staff all helped so much much to make our holiday the best it could be! We was close to bars and beach! All the front of house staff helped us when we needed it and they had amazing English! Rooms are clean and tidy. The cleaning staff cleaned everyday without fail and to such a great standard! Wifi worked and air conditioning was a life saver after a long day at the beach! The night staff even made us a toasty when we was drunk one night and wanted food! So brownie points from me! My only downside is the pool didn’t have any shaded areas and umberellas and I have ginger skin so I couldn’t stay out long! I would stay again so thank you!

Made my holiday, staying at this little gem of a hotel, breakfast was plentiful, room and bathroom perfect 🥰

What a little gem 😍 quiet and peacefull, about a 2 minute walk from the busy area and beach. The room was lovely, cleaned every day by Laura who made my bed look beautiful 🤩 would recommend & return

Worst experience ever

Unbelievably bad The level of unprofessionalism of the staff members was only topped by their rudeness and unwillingness to help or offer any type of guest service. The beds were really uncomfortable and the air-conditioning was old and unsanitary.
