Henkeäsalpaavat näkymät!!

Viikon loma hotelli Regina Maressa oli satumainen. Täydellinen sijainti Imeroviglissä, upeat näkymät Santorinin kalderalle ja Egeanmerelle. Perustason huone, jossa yövyimme, oli hyvin pieni mutta siisti. Ei tilaa vaatteille missään!! Kylpyhuone oli vähän nuhjuinen ja kaipaisi kunnostusta sekä uusia kylpypyyhkeitä, nykyiset olivat tosi painavia. Aamiainen oli upea, mahtavat valikoimat mannermaisia ja kreikkalaisia aamiaisherkkuja. Lounastarjoilu oli myös oikein hyvä, tosin hieman hidas. Parin minuutin matkan päässä on muutama minimarketti. Firan kaupunkiin kävelee 40 minuuttia pikkutietä pitkin. Oiaan pääsee bussilla vartissa, siellä on kauniita kauppoja ja useita ruokapaikkoja. Auringonlasku Oiassa on vaikuttava, mutta hyvin vilkas ja ruuhkainen. Hotellihenkilökunta oli todella avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Iso kiitos sille, joka kantoi meidän matkatavaramme huoneeseen. Santorini on upea saari jossa on mahtavat näkymät ja paljon muutakin tutkimisen arvoista. Me palaamme ehdottomasti takaisin.

Superbe emplacement. Un couché de soleil magnifique tous les soirs. Personnel discret , souriant et serviable. Petit déjeuner à demander la veille de qualité. N'hésitez pas à demander à être servi au bord de la piscine. Piscine très agréable et d'une taille très correcte. Chambre avec balcon propre et bien équipée. Hôtel en bord de falaise situé à l'extrême nord de Santorin , dans une partie où se trouvent de très chics hôtels. Du coup l'offre de restauration est présente, mais les restaurants sont un peu plus chers, que ceux qui se trouvent vers Firostefani et Fira, où ils sont beaucoup plus nombreux. Compter une bonne grosse demi heure pour s'y rendre à pieds.

Fantastische vakantie

Fantastische locatie met zeer mooi zicht op de Caldera. Het personeel is altijd vriendelijk en attent. Het lekkere ontbijt is gevarieerd en het wordt op de kamer gebracht op het uur dat jij verkiest. De kamer is ruim en net, op het terras zijn ligbedden en een tafel met 2 stoelen. Er is een groot (voor deze locatie) en heerlijk zwembad.

Stunning Hotel

Wow! What a stunning hotel. We loved every minute of it. The staff were amazing, unreal views and the rooms were lovely. A perfect slice of tranquil paradise. 30 min walk to Thira, right along the coast which was beautiful. Perfect sunset spot!

Great views and location

Great hotel and wonderful views. Staff very helpful. Imerovigli is much quieter than Fira but plenty of bars and restaurants. It was a great location. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because of an issue with our room. We booked a junior suite and on arrival were given the choice of 2. One on the first floor which was smaller with a balcony including loungers, or one at the end of the terrace which was bigger and also had 2 loungers outside which we were told were ours to use. All was well until our 4th day when we returned late afternoon to find 2 people sitting on “our chairs”. The hotel wasn’t busy and there were plenty free seats and loungers round the pool. Fortunately they moved when we asked but commented that others were in their seats- 2 rooms along. I spoke to the staff who said that the loungers outside our room were for anyone- despite the description of the junior suites. They suggested that we put something on them to reserve in future which we did but it was a big let down and we felt awkward putting towels out first thing in the morning for the rest of our stay. Otherwise it was a great holiday but I have dropped a star for that
