Henkeäsalpaavat näkymät!!

Viikon loma hotelli Regina Maressa oli satumainen. Täydellinen sijainti Imeroviglissä, upeat näkymät Santorinin kalderalle ja Egeanmerelle. Perustason huone, jossa yövyimme, oli hyvin pieni mutta siisti. Ei tilaa vaatteille missään!! Kylpyhuone oli vähän nuhjuinen ja kaipaisi kunnostusta sekä uusia kylpypyyhkeitä, nykyiset olivat tosi painavia. Aamiainen oli upea, mahtavat valikoimat mannermaisia ja kreikkalaisia aamiaisherkkuja. Lounastarjoilu oli myös oikein hyvä, tosin hieman hidas. Parin minuutin matkan päässä on muutama minimarketti. Firan kaupunkiin kävelee 40 minuuttia pikkutietä pitkin. Oiaan pääsee bussilla vartissa, siellä on kauniita kauppoja ja useita ruokapaikkoja. Auringonlasku Oiassa on vaikuttava, mutta hyvin vilkas ja ruuhkainen. Hotellihenkilökunta oli todella avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Iso kiitos sille, joka kantoi meidän matkatavaramme huoneeseen. Santorini on upea saari jossa on mahtavat näkymät ja paljon muutakin tutkimisen arvoista. Me palaamme ehdottomasti takaisin.

Amazing views and exceptional staff

My husband and I stayed at the beautiful Regina Mare for a few nights during our honeymoon. We loved our stay from the moment of arrival. Jenny and her team made us feel so welcomed and looked after. Their service was impeccable (recommendations and restaurant reservations were perfect) and yet very personal. We even received an upgrade, first to a suite with a private terrace and stunning sea view from the bed and then to a newly refurbed suite directly in front of the pool. The breakfast was really good too. They were able to accommodate my dietary request (I am gluten and dairy intolerant) with ease and there is just something very special about receiving a knock on your door to let you know that breakfast (that you ordered the night before) is served on your terrace in front of your room with a sea view. The view is simply stunning and due to the layout of the hotel you have privacy as it is tucked away from the public walkways that are running through Santorini's tourist hot spots. We loved that we got the beauty of the stereotypical white and blue architecture but a lot of privacy too. Imerovigli is definitely worth a trip if you would like to escape the extreme business of Oia and still want to have the stunning white buildings around you. Furthermore, the sunsets were the most stunning and cannot be beaten. Thank you Jenny and Team, you all made our stay at your hotel very special.

Perfect in everyway

Well what a superb hotel!! from start to finish. We were greeted by the lovely night porter as it was very late when we arrived took for an arrival drink at reception to complete forms. He then took us to our room, they had upgraded us to the Honeymoon Suite because it was our Silver Wedding, we couldn't believe our eyes, just breathtaking views our private balcony with pool just wow. We had fruit and a bottle of wine waiting too. We had breakfast delivered to the balcony which was lovely. We were greeted by Jenny who gave us all the information about the island, we hired a quad bike from the local company who Jenny recommended and they were excellent very concerned for our safety. Everything and everybody were brilliant at the hotel couldn't fault a single thing, we feel its the best in Imerovigli. Thanks to everyone at the hotel your kindness was much appreciated 🙏 we will return one day xx

Very nice stay in Regina Mare

Very nice hotel and room. Quiet area and good breakfast. Service from staff was very good. Recommended. Good value and one of the best view for sunset on all Santorini. We had a superior room and rented a car.

Amazing location and wedding coordination

I worked with Chrysoula at the Regina Mare to coordinate a small wedding ceremony. She was AMAZING. The hotel does not have a private area for a ceremony, so she sent me information for their sister hotel, the Calderas Dolphin. The private ceremony area at that venue is perfect and has an amazing view of the caldera. Chrysoula assisted me with coordinating the transportation to/from the venue, flowers, a sunset tour of the caldera on a catamaran for the wedding party, and sent me recommendations for photographers and hair/makeup (I booked Kapetanakis Studios for photos and Plaisir Hair Stylist Group for hair/makeup, both had amazing service), and worked with me through WhatsApp while I was on the island to get last minute details finalized. She was very flexible and friendly and made our special day completely stress-free! She even helped me work out a laundry facility to steam our wedding outfits and when the pickup time conflicted with a pre-arranged wine tour, she was able to find someone to pick up our outfits for us and deliver them to our room. It was such a load off our minds to get back from our wine tasting to our freshly steamed outfits hanging in our closet and ready for our big day the next day! Our room at the Regina Mare was small but well-appointed. We had a balcony with a little table and an expansive view of the caldera. The included breakfast was ample and delivered to our balcony table/room each morning. The entire staff was friendly and always ready to assist with booking a taxi anywhere we wanted to go on the island.
