Ehdottomasti vain fantastinen....

Olin täällä autonkuljettajana konferenssia varten... Mutta miten mahtava hotelli, ja kaunis huone merinäköalalla.. Ei ole monta hotellia, missä 120kg ja 1,8 metrinen voi oikaista itsensä kylpyammeessa.. Lisäksi oli erillinen suihku, jossa oli todella voimakas sade-suihku. Kaikki on todella korkeatasoista.. Iso kiitos koko henkilökunnalle, olitte niin ystävällisiä ja todellinen ilo, mikään ei ollut liian vaivalloista ja aina hymyilitte..

Excellent Staff

We first visited this hotel 8 years ago as a family and returned as a couple. It has dated a bit (especially the bathroom design) but it has been well maintained and isn't tired. The staff are absolutely excellent and really make the place what it is. Management, housekeeping, concierge all can't do enough to make sure you have everything you need. The location is perfect, right on the best beach in the Algarve. You can walk along the beach to Vilamoura (50 mins). There is a small square just outside the grounds with a few restaurants including a great pizzeria. Albufeira and Vilamoura are a short uber ride away so everything you need is within reach. The hotel pools are also nice and breakfast is excellent. The only complaint we had was that there was a private corporate function while we were there which meant that the bar was closed off. That would have been okay for an evening but the event also went on to 1am which is an hour later than the bar is open to guests. Our upgraded ocean view room was directly above this so we felt like we were at the event. As with corporate events a 100 or so people then stumbled and shouted their way back to their rooms so there wasn't peace until 2.30am. I went and spoke to reception as we had arrived that day and were tired. They were excellent and offered us another room but it just seems that the owners need to rethink mixing corporate and leisure guests.

Wonderful return trip.

Back for our third visit to this wonderful hotel. Staying for 9 nights on a half board basis in a deluxe double overlooking the pools and gardens. We had asked for a particular room and were pleased to be given this on arrival. Hotel was not busy due I think to the early season and we enjoyed some beautiful days of sunshine and long walks along the beach and then came back to the poolside for relaxing and quiet sunbathing. Everything about this hotel is first class and I would like to thank all the staff who work here for their exceptional service and kindness and I must mention Hugo and Patricia in the restaurant, all the bar staff ( the brothers - top guys ) and particularly Camila in guest relations for all her help and advice and looking after the Cranberry lady!!. We will be back again to stay with you soon.

Great experience from start to finish

Superb hotel in a beautiful setting. Brilliant location, not far from Faro airport (30-40 minutes). Hotel service was great from start to finish. Beach is 5 minutes walk on a private path, and is wonderful (huge and quiet). Food at the hotel is excellent. We were half board. Breakfast is awesome, massive buffet with a wide selection including freshly cooked eggs, omelettes etc. Dinner on half board is a buffet with good variety and some freshly cooked meat and fish. Decent vegetarian options too. We also ate at the in-house Italian restaurant (Lima) twice. This was great, not too expensive and a €20 reduction per head as we were half board. 3 good pools, two near the main hotel (one heated) where the excellent pool bar is also situated. We were in the residences (which is a separate building of suites) and has the third pool (not heated) that was very quiet and beautiful. The hotel room itself was lovely. Massive bed. Lovely furniture and a great bathroom. We also had a small kitchen and as far as we could tell all rooms had balconies. Our only very minor gripes were that the room had limited plug sockets and no USB points. Also the in-house Japanese restaurant was closed but that was immaterial. Particular high points: - Extremely good service from every staff member - Great pools and wonderful gardens - Superb room - Terrific food. Overall, felt very good value for what Epic Sana delivered. Would strongly recommend.

Fantastic hotel - highly recommended

Fantastic Hotel, with great service and very good amenities. Service was fantastic throughout the hotel. Rooms were kept very clean. All staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful - particularly Sergio who even found small cutlery for our 2 year old son every day, without being asked. The Hotel is beautiful. Beach is a bit of a walk but this is case with almost all of the hotels in the area due to the location of the beach below the cliff edge. All the pools are nice, and kids corner is well stocked with toys. The food is good quality particularly the grill. However we noted there weren’t many vegetarian options at dinner time. We aren’t vegetarian so this wasn’t an issue for us.
