Great Hotel

Recently visited this hotel, it was the best experience ever. The staff are all friendly cannot fault our stay there special thanks to Despina, Nasos & Tamy. Will definatly be going back again. Lots to see and do as well as just relaxing by pool

Girls trip in paradise

I love this hotel from our very late check in, the staff made us welcome with food and drinks as well as helping us to our our rooms. I don’t eat pork and the hotel had lots for me to eat with food labelled well. They assisted us with a boat trip and had local cabs on speed dail. We 7 black women felt safe and had so much fun on a fabulous girls trip. It’s about 10 mins drive into the main town with the clubs and there was a lot to do with the season just ending. Hotel was clean and drinks strong. The 6 course meal at the restaurant was so delicious I only wish I had space for it all. Only little snags is I wish they swept the floors daily in the room but they always replaced the towels, for the pool you need to bring your own beach towel or purchase one from the many shops a stones throw away from the hotel.

Felt the opposite of all inclusive

Before hotel call himself all invlusive hotel, it should be a hotel. When we arrived we got a smaller room than what we bought, with wierd smell in an old building. After one night they moved us to bigger room thay has the same problems. The room did not even have WIFI/ very low WIFI depends on where you stand. The room was not like in the pictures (apparently there is new building with new rooms, they gave us old and stinky room in an old building). The sheets and even the toilet paper are wierd. The food was not tasty, part of the food tasted like out of date. The guy from the reception came to deliver a message, and knocked so hard we felt the there is a raid The only good thing was the bar with open drinks.

Disappointing stay in this hotel

We came to Kyknos for 2 night's stay after a long day on the roads to have a sweet relaxed end to our trip in Greece. We have ordered a room with 4 beds and got a small room with only 2 beds, the woman in the reception told us it's because we are 2 people so we deserve a room with 2 beds only, despite we order 4 beds room and paid for that. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The Wifi was terrible and we couldn't work with our laptops. After we complained in Booking they agreed to switch the room to the one we have ordered. The food was basic, but the bar was good.

A Great Early Return

We returned to the Kyknos for the second time in six weeks ,it is fantastic as ever.Unable to return again this year ,roll on next May.We absolutely love it. Thanks to all the staff and management. The food and drink were 10 out of 10.Our bedroom was fabulous Anne and Mike.
