Tuulinen viikko

Tammikuun puolessa välissä osui juuri meidän lomaviikolle erittäin kova tuuli ja se kyllä vaikutti lomaamme paljon, oli nimittäin kylmä. Allasalue oli ihan viihtyisä mutta vain pieni allas sekä lasten allas oli lämmitetty. Muuten vesi oli jäätävää. Kerrokset oli ovelasti merkattu niin että ylin oli kerros 1 ja alin kerros 6, pääovi ja respa kerroksessa 3, siinähän se viikko meni opetellessa ja surffatessa. Ruoka oli ehdottomast hotellin parasta antia, se oli maukasta ja vaihtoehtoja riitti. Hotellilla ei ole varsinaista omaa uimarantaa mutta melko lähellä on hyvä ranta, ei kannata kuitenkaan pelästyä nudisteja siellä, hyvin sinne mukaan mahtuu ;) Sängyt olivat kovat ja tyynyt tosi huonot.

Mukava all-inclusive hotelli merinäkymin

Hotelli on melko siisti, tosin paikat ovat hieman kuluneet, mutta hyvin siivotut. Huone oli siisti ja tilava ja sieltä oli merinäköala, niin kuin lähes kaikista hotellin huoneista. Ruoka oli hyvää ja monipuolista. All-inclusive paikaksi hyvät talon viinit ja aamiaisellakin oli tarjolla cavaa. All-inclusiven erikoisuuksia oli, ettei vettä saa pulloissa vaan ainoastaan lasissa, joten sitä joutui ostamaan kaupasta. No onneksi se on tuotteista halvin. Iso allasalue on hieno ja näkymät merelle ovat upeat. Ainoastaan sisäpihan pieni uima-allas on lämmitetty. Rannalle on pari sataa metriä. Rannat ovat hienohiekkaiset, mutta ei kannata hämmästyä alastomia ihmisiä, sillä rannat tuntuvat olevan nudistien suosiossa. Ilmainen internet toimi vain aulan alueella ja sekin huonosti illan ruuhka-aikaan.

Not going back

We arrived late last Sunday evening and the restaurant was closed but we were told there would be a plate made up for us which we thought was a nice touch unfortunately it was not, both my girlfriend and I got food poisoning which resulted in both of us having diarrhoea and my girlfriend was vomiting with it she was hoping the pain would subside but it didn't and we ended up having to call a doctor at 03:00 which resulted in her needing to go to a local clinic for treatment. they put her on a drip for a couple of hours to help with the pain and stomach cramps she was experiencing and they brought us back to the hotel around 06:00 which cost us €635. When reception contacted us the following morning to see how she was I told them she was not good and how much it cost us and their response was contact your insurance company. For the week we were there we had lets say loose bowel movements due to the quality of food which was well below the 4 stars this hotel has and on Friday I myself got sick (vomiting and diarrhoea) which resulted in another day stuck in our room so we lost 2 days of our holiday in total. The hotel itself needs to be touched up the staff do a very good job keeping it looking clean but it is a little run down in places. The rooms were quite nice but I didn't like it was two single beds pushed together to make a double bed with two cover blankets not ideal for a couple the pool area was really pretty with a beautiful view and well kept and the staff in general are all really nice its just a pity that the R2 chain don't invest a bit more to complement the hard work that the staff are putting in. The entertainment at night was good but short only runs from 21:30 to 22:30 and again the staff get people involved as in get them up dancing and really get an atmosphere going.We did see a few cockroaches around the place including in our room one night but that probably comes with the guaranteed weather. I'm sorry to say that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as I don't believe it lives up to its 4 star rating. The town itself doesn't have much to offer as in bars and restaurants which is a pity because it really is very picturesque town

Holiday

A pleasant hotel in a beautiful location. The staff was very friendly. Very nice environment by the pools. It can be seen that the premises of the hotel already remember something, but everything is nicely maintained. The food was perfect. Everything was good, but the impression was spoiled by the theft of the staff. I recommend using a safe.

Cheap food & damp bedroom plus cockroache

We are currently staying here for the first week of September, on arriving to the hotel it was beautiful outside and lobby lovely , got our room key but couldn’t go to the room till three o’clock which was a pain as after travelling you just want to shower and freshen up , we eventually got to the room , the smell of damp in the room was so bad , after a few days all our clothes smelt musty , we had to opened the door for some fresh air , the bed and room was clean but the pillows where like bricks had to ask for new ones which where no better , room is very dated and old , tv channels where so bad the connection , no phone working in the room , no kettle to make tea or coffee in the morning. The air conditioning unit was leaking all over the floor we had to put a towel down every day incase we slipped on the tiles , and then to top it off we found a cockroach walking around the room which is so disgusting ! The breakfast was nice but as for lunch and dinner they use the cheapest of meats frozen burgers , sausages it was an awful selection of food served just cheap food , on the plus side good entertainment and nice weather but after spending 1050 euro just for accommodation here I would not recommend here at all, needs to be up graded and more money spend on quality food
