Golf-matka

Pettymys golf-hotelliksi, mutta kuitenkin siisti tilava huone ja varsinkin kylppäri. Huomaa, että vanhaa rempattu kun ovi laahasi lattiaan. Ei mitään luxusta. Äänieristys heikko ja ravintola todella hälyisä. Päivällisruokaan kyllästyi jo kahdessa illassa, aamiaisella churroja, nam! Wifi yllättävän vauhdikas. Kaikenlaista ohjelmaa oli tarjolla, mutta itse kaipasi enemmän rauhallista ympäristöä eikä hälyisiä halleja. Kuljetukset toisaalla olevalle golfkentälle ajettiin vain ryhmien teeaikojen mukaan harvakseltaan, ei edes joka päivä.

Golfloma

Olimme maaliskuussa Espanjassa, joten ranta ja uima-altaat jäivät kokematta. Hotelli oli siisti, myös huoneet. Aamiaiset ja päivälliset olivat monipuolisia ja hyviä. Lobbybaarin ja ravintolan akustiikkaa on syytä korjata. Pelasimme Atalaya golfin kahta kenttää, jonne oli kuljetukset bussilla. Kentät olivat hyvässä kunnossa ja mukavat pelata. Golfloma oli kaiken kaikkiaan oikein hyvä.

Not a 4 star

Nice hotel but that's it we were there for 10 nights dinner was chicken or pork for 6nights chips potatoes veg pasta pizza salad that's it .no snack bar you had to use the restaurant .drinks short measure on beer half a cup no Mexican as advertised it was shut people on half board had to pay between 8 ,9 euro a drink never again

Great Hotel - Not Great Location

Have just returned home from this hotel (middle of September) Good Points: Lovely tasty food, great selection and always hot. Plenty of seating (indoor and out). Very clean. Fridge in room. Plenty of sunbeds and seating. Good Entertainment on a night El Divo were fab. Don't have to be shown to a table for meals. Beds very comfy with lovely pillows. Spacious rooms with walk in shower. Bad Points: No coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The beach doesn't look like it does in the photos, it is horrid sand and full of stones and very rocky, couldn't even attempt to go in the sea! The hotel is quite remote and is definitely not suitable for anyone with walking issues. Just to get to the main road there is a treck down a long road with no path to walk on. Once on the main road you have to cross over a steep footbridge to get to the other side to catch a bus (which don't turn up half the time). Quite often you have to queue for drinks in the bar on a night (all-inclusive drinks aren't great). Overall we enjoyed our stay and the hour long wait for a bus to puero banus was well worth it when we got there, the place was stunning, even got a boat over to Marbella for 17.50 euro return.

Excellent

This hotel is absolutely lovely. It is incre incredibly well maintained and clean. You can always see someone cleaning visibly present. There are 2 main pools and plenty of sunbeds. There is a splash park and a small kids pool for the children. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, table tennis, arcade, and more. You are never bored here. The Entertainment team always have something going on. The food here is excellent plenty of choice and some of the best pizza I have ever had. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Puerto Banús is a 10 minute drive away which we found cheapest by using Uber. It was about €10. Cons- dinner is not served until 7:30 pm, which is difficult if you have young children. Evening entertainment doesn’t start until 10 pm which again isn’t great if you have young children but at the same time, there’s so much going on during the day you don’t feel like you’re missing out. There is no kettle in the room but you can get one from reception for €12. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from an Aldi but other than that there are not many shops or restaurants nearby. There is a small shop inside the hotel for essentials. Overall, we would happily stay in this hotel again as we thought it was great.
