Spa experience

The spa was incredible. I had the best massage by Sasima, she was absolutely perfect, paying attention to every single details. It was very relaxing. The whole staff was very attentive, kind and professional.

Quinta was the best she got me lots of water i love her so much very nice and fantastic cleaning so helpful and has such an amazing smile she always asks questions if we need anything. Very kind and sweet.

AVOID if you want to be able to sleep in your hotel room without an obnoxiously loud live singer and music till 2am

Have stayed here a few times prior but will never return and suggest if what you want from a hotel room is the ability to sleep before 2am, you should pick another hotel. We checked in online and picked a room far away from the pub due to the numerous reviews of loud noise till 2am from the pub, however when we got to the room, we were much closer to it than we had picked. We figured it's probably not that bad, however it was, as a family with a baby we get up at 6am as that is the routine, so not being able to sleep till 2am is a big issue, it sounds like the live singer is in your room and they have a singer every night. We complained and asked to be moved after this the first night, nobody contacted me and we had a busy day of activities planned and didn't get a chance to go to the lobby to complain again, also checked the pub's schedule and no mention of live music, so gave it another night. Singer even louder the second night so complained again and was told the manager would call at 6:30am in the morning, which he did. We were then moved to a room (same as what we paid for, no upgrade) close to the one I had originally picked, which was good, if only we hadn't been moved from the room I originally chose, it would have been a great stay. My wife checked the pub's instagram page afterwards, and they have live music every night advertised, so this isn't a problem only on occasion, it is literally every night the hotel is open. Manager offered a variety of weak incentives, a small amount of Hilton points (not even a 1/3 of the amount required for a night a standard room at this hotel), executive lounge access, dinner at the buffet. None of these make up for the fact you cant sleep in the hotel so were all declined. No refund can be offered for the fact the primary purpose of a hotel room can't be met. We did not accept any of these offerings as they are quite simply, insulting, based on the nature of the complaint. When speaking with another member of staff, they mentioned that complaints about this are very common, although the manager made it seem as if I was the only one who had ever complained about this and it was only me that had a problem with the noise. I suppose they can't admit it that half their hotel rooms are now obsolete as hotel rooms as they have chosen to be greedy with additional revenue of the pub at the cost of annoying their hotel guests. This isn't really a hotel where people stay frequently as it is mainly holiday makers and many won't return anyway, so they have calculated that having a loud pub is a good way to boost revenue. We are incredibly disappointed at the fact they placed a family in such a room, and annoyed that we won't be back as we usually spend the UAE public holidays at this hotel and would have continued to do so due to it's excellent location, but will find another hotel instead. This is a decision the hotel has chosen to make and mistakes happen, but the service recovery offered was embarrassing, insulting and so far from what a hotel of this nature should be offering. At least 1 night should have been refunded, an offer of a free stay in the future to show how they can make it up to you or the removal of the extras we had already spent are potential things that could be offered, but these are too much for a greedy hotel to offer and only want to offer things that don't cost much to them, like a buffet dinner. Some positives: Parreira, the new manager at the pool bar is an excellent addition to your team as well as his staff that served us, all excellent. The location of the hotel.

Nice property - good stay

Stayed here for a conference. Nice hotel. Good sleeping rooms. Food options were a little limited but they were good. Spa services were not conducive to male customers to manicure/pedicure. Convenient location not very far from the airport.

Don’t stay above the pub!

Amazing stay. We booked a one bedroom suite and had a lovely view of the water. The first night was poor because our room was right above the bar which played music until 2am. The next day the hotel moved us to the other side of the resort which was much better. The breakfast here was really nice, probably one of the nicest we have experienced. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and having club access with snacks all day available. It was nice to be able to walk down to the water and try restaurants. The hotel gives you access to the amusement parks which was also very convenient. We would stay here again.
