Aivan yli tähditetty hotelli Estorilissa. Hotellin henkilökunta oli täysin kielitaidotonta. Ainoa mitä he osasivat englanniksi oli sana NO! Ja tämä oli vastaus kaikkiin kysymyksiin. Saimme paljon huonomman huoneen mitä olimme varanneet. Maisema ykköskerroksesta oli suoraan hotellin roskikseen. Luvattua kassakaappiakaan emme saaneet saati. Muutenkin koko Estorill oli karvas pettymys. Siellä ei todellakaan ole mitään tekemistä turistille. Ei kunnon ravintoloita eikä kauppoja. Ainoa plussa hotellille hyvästä aamiaisesta!

An enjoyable 6 night stay

The hotel is very convenient for the train to Cascais/Lisbon. Rooms are clean, comfortable and all staff are very well trained. I would absolutely stay with this hotel again. Breakfasts were excellent. Really, really good with a wide choice and well organised. We also had pizzas in the hotel restaurant for dinner...if you love thin crispy based pizzas...you will love them...we did 😋

One Employee can Make a Stay

Our stay would have been fine on it’s own, but one employee made it outstanding. His name is Manuel Inacio and he works in the Dining Room at the hotel there. Not only did Mr. Inacio go out of his way to make sure we had everything while dining in the restaurant, he went way beyond by spending time answering our questions about his beautiful country, Portugal and where he would suggest we visit. He took time to write down places to go and how to get there and was obviously enjoying his job. It is people like Mr. Inacio who are the true ambassadors of any country. The hotel is blessed to have him on board.

Excellent location

We stayed 3 nights,visiting for Rock concert at Estoril casino(5mins walk). Really enjoyed our stay,lovely hotel,room spacious and clean,looked newly decorated. Located near to train station and open top bus stop,beautiful for beachside walks. Breakfast is excellent with superb service,very fresh and tasty. There is a good sized bar area and a restaurant that is also open to public.Both were decent. My only small issues were no mirror on dressing table(just in bathroom) and no tea/coffee in room. Would definitely return to this hotel for our next visit.

2 nights stay

Our bedroom had a shattered glass in the veranda. The food in the hotel was good and breakfast I must say was excellent. Parking was difficult but we got lucky there was one space on the road available, however we were afraid of moving the car and not be able to park again.
