Un bon Midi à Symi

Petit séjour sur l’île de Symi , nous avons décidé de manger une petit bout , nous avions pris un poisson frais entier que le serveur bien sympathique nous a présenté sur un plateau, en plus de ça une petite salade grec bien fraîche mais pas non plus wow ( sa reste une salade quoi ) , par contre un peu déçu des crevettes de Symi ( spécialité de Symi ) pour moi elle étaient bonnes et fraîches au goût mais en texture je trouve qu’elle aurais dû encore frire un peu car la carcasse de la crevette était encore molle , et oui les crevettes de Symi ce mangent en entier et avec la carcasse, sinon rien a dire d’autre pour manger sur le coup de midi c’est bien !

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ….αλλά….

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία Από το μπαλκόνι βλέπεις όλη τη Σύμη μπροστά σου. Το μείον του ξενοδοχείο είναι ότι δεν σέβεται τον πελάτη του. Όταν φτάσαμε με το πλοίο έπρεπε να προχωρήσουμε όλο το λιμάνι γύρω γύρω με τα πόδια για να φτάσουμε στο ξενοδοχείο δεν υπάρχει transfer Τηλεφώνησα στη ρεσεψιόν και το μόνο που μου απάντησε είναι ότι δεν έχουμε έπρεπε να είχαμε κλείσει. Όταν φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο μετά από όλο το γύρο έπρεπε να ανέβουμε δύο ορόφους με τα πόδια και τις βαλίτσες δεν προθυμοποιήθηκε κανείς να μας βοηθήσει, Στο δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό έστω, Την επόμενη μέρα αργήσαμε 5 λεπτά για το πρωινό παρακάλεσα στη ρεσεψιόν αν μπορούν να μας δώσουν ένα πιάτο κάτι να φάμε και μου απάντησε η κυρια με ύφος δεν υπάρχει τίποτα. Επίσης οι ξαπλώστρες απέναντι τις χρεώνουν 30 € τις δύο παρόλο που μένουμε στο ξενοδοχείο. Κρίμα γιατί είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο στην καλύτερη θέση και θα μπορούσε να προσφέρει πολλά περισσότερα!!!!!

Ottima la posizione. Pulizia deludente.

Struttura situata in una posizione ottima . Vicino al porto ed al centro . È piacevole la mattina fare colazione vicino al mare . La colazione è buona, c'è scelta di cornetti ed un plumcake, frutta , yogurt e marmellate . Il caffè si paga extra . le stanze non sono proprio nuovissime ma comunque sono confortevoli. La pulizia però lascia a desiderare. In stanza abbiamo trovato formiche. Altra nota dolente la doccia che anziché un pannello per chiuderla, ha una tendina e pertanto il bagno diventa un piccolo laghetto.

We stayed here for our anniversary , when booked it said we had a balcony but be warned it was at the back of the hotel with a hotel looking right into your room, no privacy at all , the room was very small and basic, the only nice thing was the breakfast, and where you eat your breakfast. There is so many better places to stay in symi.

Not For Everyone....

We loved this place. But it's not for everyone. This is not your usual anonymous, corporate 4-star hotel that could be anywhere. This is a traditional family-run Greek hotel. No luxury, no deep pile carpets, no lift (it's 2 storey), no pool (the Aegean is next to your breakfast table). The rooms are clean. Linen, towels, inc beach towels are changed daily. Kettle on request. Breakfast is very good (outstanding by Greek standards). Get a room with a sea view and balcony. The location is stunning. A half hour walk to Nomborio or Pedi. A ten minute walk through the bustling port to the taxi boats which will take you to other beaches on the island (Agia Marina and Agia Nicholas were our favourites. If you usually spend your holiday entirely in the hotel, this may not be for you. But his is the sort of place that magical holiday memories are made.
