Incredible hotel with special staff

The staff are what makes this hotel so special. We arrived to the hotel and we’re greeted by Elina on front desk . I can’t speak highly enough of her , we had a personal tour of the hotel , recommendations on restaurants which were all fantastic and to top it off an upgrade on our room. Our room was very special , a beautiful view of the sea with a jacuzzi on the balcony. We booked in for a massage and facial on our first morning and we’re greeted by the lovely lady at front desk who couldn’t be more helpful. I had the best massage I’ve had by Christina . There is a shuttle that operates every hour which takes you into the town and then brings you back which is ideal and reliable . Our breakfast and lunch was usually served by Maria and Irine, who were both superb. Nothing was too much to ask , everything was done with a smile and my glass was never empty. Breakfast was superb . It was half a la carte and half buffet , where you can order eggs and potatoes to the table and have a choice of croissants or yoghurt in the buffet . I opted for eggs Benedict every day which was a delight. We would have lunch at the pool bar every day and everything was tasty and delicious. We saw Kastos several times , usually at breakfast or around the hotel. He would always come over and chat and check we were enjoying our stay. He was very welcoming and friendly. The pool area has a lovely infinity pool which looks out on to the sea . We opted to spend half our day by the pool and half the day up on our terrace with loungers. Overall , we would say it’s the best customer service we’ve experienced in any European hotel. The staff really are second to none and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Amazing experience

We’ve stayed at Riviera for 6 nights and we would love to share our experience. The structure is new, modern and spacious. Our room had an amazing sunset and port view with a hot tub outside. The room had all that we’ve needed: double sink, bathtub and shower, iron and speaker. The main swimming pool is heated and the service is friendly and proactive. The gym is clean and functional. We’ve tried a hammam treatment for two at the spa and it was unique. The breakfast area outside is stunning and the food is various and tasty, we were nicely surprised by the stuff, they made our mornings start in the right way with their attention to the details and positive approach. We’ve had a chance to use the hotel shuttle and it was very useful. Also parking service was impeccable. We would like to specially thank Mr. Costas that made our experience at Riviera unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Holiday experience

Nice location, Luxury rooms, professional staff, best holiday experience, the breakfast has variety of local products, the stay at swimming pool with view to the Port is magnificent, you can relax and have joy simultaneously

Amazing stay

Great experience all round

Amazing visit and experience. We had four people in a Seaview (sort of double room) with a king sofa bed. We could have fit 5 with the other single couch. Service and facilities were amazing. We would definitely stay again. This hotel is suitable for families or couples. The swimming pool never busy and divine. Quality of rooms and space brilliant.
