Paradise by the sea

A beautiful resort with excellent facilities and friendly staff. Right on the beach with well kept grounds, plenty of options for eating, drinking, swimming, or relaxing. The rooms are a generous size and there are also rooms and villas with shared and private pools. Spa, convenience store, currency exchange, and medical centre onsite.

New name, same lovely place

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the hotel when I stayed there back in 2016 (it was called Inaya Putri Bali ) , so much that I recommended it to my friend from Swiss in 2021 and they loved it too! We return again in 2022 and still highly satisfied with our stay, and would definitely come back once more!

Merusaka hotel nice place to stay

Thank you, Merusaka team, for wonderful stay. Very careful and kind personnel, especially Arini! If you have some questions and issues with the room, be calm because they will be solved immediately. We really enjoyed and hope to come back again!

A good stay in villa

Villa is good but need more refresh again, we are happy to stay here for 13 night and will be back next year and I hope I can get better villa. Thanks for Mahendra butler who help me along during my stay.

One bedroom villa stay - Will be back!

We arrived from W.A and were greeted with a warm reception. Check-in was seamless, we were then driven around various parts of the resort in an electric buggy showing us the location of various restaurants, where to have cocktails etc before being driven to Villa. On arrival to Villa our Butler (Mahendra) clearly explained the layout and various services available. We had room service for our meal on the first night, with the meals being in-expensive but high in quality. The Villa area is quit and chilled. We had an all-inclusive (food & drinks) package, however room service is not a part of this (which we thought was fine), as if you want to use the all-inclusive nature all restaurants and bars are within 3-5 minute walks, from all rooms. The all-inclusive food and drinks package is slightly different to the full menu, however still great value. Approx 10 different cocktails, Singaraja vs Bintang beer. Food presents with a huge selection, great Pizza's and Satay Sticks at the Ja'Jan's by the Sea and one of the best Seafood Spaghetti's at Ja'Jans that I've ever had. We celebrated my birthday whilst there and whilst we never told staff of this (perhaps passport review?), Mahendra took the step of asking my wife if they could come to the Villa to sing a happy birthday. At 9pm we had Mahendra, Yani & Florersia come in and sing happy birthday with cake. Which was such a lovely touch. The last night we were there. Mahendra made contact with me to thank us for staying and wished us a pleasant journey home, to which he asked what time our flight was (6.30pm) then wished us a good night. 5 minutes later he called back to let us know he was able to offer a later checkout so that we were able to stay in the Villa pretty much until our driver arrived. In summary the staff were friendly, attentive, tried very hard to assist & make sure we had a great holiday. 100% will be back to do a Villa stay again. To Mahendra, Angga, Yani, Florersia, Lia, Rerod, Puja, Buda and all staff that interacted with us, thank you very much. To any guest, if you want great service, smile, engage (learn just one word - thank you in Balinese, its loved), treat your resort staff like you would want to be treated, as we wholeheartedly believe they will make your holiday just that much more special if you do!
