Relaxing Time

Good hotel for a relaxing couple of days. No entertainment at night however it's only a short taxi ride or half hour walk to the centre. Food OK.. not brilliant however not awful either. Away choice. Staff welcoming and friendly. Very clean. Lovely bedroom with comfortable bed.

outstanding amazing holiday away

this hotel was amazing from day one we booked in as a all inclusive for 5 days staff reception was amazing nothing never to much trouble, recieved some fizz at the room for my birthday which i thought was nice and didn't have to do this but thank you pool area was always clean pool bar was nice to eat there having hamburgers and hotdogs as part of the all inclusive room was nice, always cleaned everyday by the cleaners and they did a amazing job aswell the only part was the bed it was always creaking every time you turned around in bed apart from that amazing. the sea view was outstanding my room was 4140 food was so nice and your had alot to pick from breakfast was the best part you have a wrest band to scan everytime you order which i think this was great all inclusive ends at 11pm so if you are in the downstairs bar / entertainment you do get billed to the room and pay from departure or just ask at the reception before to pay the outstanding amount so you know what you are owing. this was the best holiday away and would recommend going had the best birthday there thank you R2

Some improvement to a nice hotel

We had a relaxing holiday at the hotel. But there are som improvements you should take in considering. First of all: the information where the different activities take place. You have the time but not where they are. I could not find the salsa for example. And the first morning when we asked for a kettle the lady at the reception did not give us one and did not inform us about the opportunity to pay a deposit for one. But in a 4 class rated hotel we expect one. Last evening we payed for everything hoping for a fast check out in the morning but I still had to stand in a long line- you need to have a fast check out! Many hotels have it. The Balinese sun beds we never tried because you had to reserve them at the reception and not at the sun deck by anyone there. So many of them were unused. And you need to do something to all of those who reserve the ordinary sunbeds even if you aren’t allowed.

No brainer with good food

I am looking at this from a price/value perspective. So pluses the room, the pool area and gardens. Overall, the hotel is in better shape shape than I expected. Pretty good gym too. Food was really good for post-corona, high inflation era (comparing to 2 four + star hotels in Meloneras in last 12 months). Downsides: service ranged from excellent to really weak, staff was minimal (again post-Corona I assume). The tennis courts looked alright, but the minigolf needs serious help and the fake sand beach (great idea) was closed (for good). Location? Lack of beach is a negative, but some people just don't like sand so... Summing up, not a bad hotel. Once they get the budget snd get their service staff on track, this place can be closer to 4+ than 4-. By the way, the heated pool area was inpressive. Need a no brainer week's rest? This is alright...

highly recommend you will not reget

After 2 weeks vacations we highly recommended, hotel is very elegant in beautiful garden, hotel staff very helpfull and nice. Rooms cleaned everyday. Breakefast and dinner very tasty with large selection for every taste. Sand beaches 800m away.
