Asiallinen hotelli

Kaikin puolin miellyttävä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Lähimmälle metroasemalle on alle 10min kävelymatka ja hotellilta on ilmainen kuljetus rannalle (JBR Public Beach) ja takaisin kerran päivässä. Huoneet viihtyisiä, hiljaisia ja siistejä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala erinomainen.

My stay was perfect, all the staff’s was perfectly trained l. F&B , House keeping, Security and F/O. Really appropriate there assistance. Saint & Mayuri from front office department is working perfectly well and have good experience in Hospitality. Great job.

Hotel Garden inn of the Emirates

Great hotel, food was very good, happy personal ready to help. The staff of the pool side are really kind always with big smiles Mr Jenil and Mr Sitaram. Anggy from breakfast service really kind personality. Great 9 days vacation.

Very very good

we had a very nice time here. friendly staff and good service. the food was good too. actually nothing to complain about. had a lovely swim, the pool looked bigger on the picture but it was fun. We had a real good time Here. Anggy from the staff team is the best of all. Thanks a lot

SMOKING ROOM GIVEN TO MUM AND 10 YEAR OLD - terrible

I’m a lone parent…Mother and 10 year old son stayed here for a week returned yesterday arrived late due to flight delay. Was given our room on the fifth floor, the smell of smoke that hits you when you come out of the elevator was overwhelming. I assumed that it was a smoking hotel we entered the room with it now being 1am was extremely tired. The room smelt disgusting of smoke, the next morning I woke coughing from the smell. My son has autism so moving him rooms would have been a nightmare. I opened the curtains in the room and there was someone’s socks begging the net curtain (these weren’t removed the whole of our stay). I thought the hotel was a smoking hotel and I had made a mistake I purchased air Freshener from the supermarket to try and counter balance the smell. However upon reading reviews, no this is isn’t the case it is floor 5 that is smoking floor…therefore HILTON DECIDED TO ROOM A MUM AND HER 10 YEAR OLD IN A SMOKING ROOM. I reported to reception and was told they may be able to change my room however this was too late, my son had already got In His routine and all our clothes stunk of smoke, I have had to have everything dry cleaned. Just awful and disgusting to put a mum and child in a smoking room. I can’t put into words the smell we hated being in the room and everything lingered with stale smoke the bedding everything.
