Visually a lovely place, but with some problems here and there

The flora, sea and the pool (always clean!) are amazing - I truly enjoyed lounging on the beach, and some of the food was great, especially things prepared on the fly, because they were fresh and delicious. Sadly, not all food was all that - twice during my 7-day stay I picked up a dish that smelled spoiled. The animators were generally not very good, with some exceptions, of course. But in general, they were low energy and often did their job half-heartedly. At one point, one of the animators brought a deflated ball to a game and when the guests proposed pumping it, he said "you will play with this, or not play at all". The staff was a bit odd - it was very easy to offend them, even when we were constantly smiling and soft-spoken. We thought that such an attitude from us, with a lot of "thanks yous" and kindness will be well received, but often it was met with the staff being upset with us. To this day I'm unsure what offended them half of the time, but sometimes it was obvious: one of the barmen would aggressively flirt with my friend, and when she had no interest in going to get drinks with him/talking privately, he got very offended and began avoiding her. We had some issues with getting fresh towels and our toilet paper was not replenished for 2 days in a row, ending with us having none in the middle of the night. At one point there was something in the wine we ordered - I'm pretty sure someone spat in it. But there were also very friendly, kind members of the staff who were helpful and proactive, so it would be unfair to speak ill of all of them. At one point the staff asked us to write a positive review. It was awkward to refuse, since they were pressuring us and I am not very assertive and good with confrontation. They said they really need that review because people are leaving too many negative comments. One of the staff created this profile for me and wrote a comment in my name - in French, so I could not even understand what it said. When I translated it at home I learned was 100% positive, as to be expected. I now have deleted this review and am writing this one, which tells my true feelings.

Great holiday

We really enjoyed all animations made by Nutella (Inez) - all dance classes, her attitude and involvment. Animation dance class, zumba class, aquagym and salsa class. You can spend your holidays in Active way and in the evening enjoy miss-hotel competition :)

This hotel not deserve 4 star, maybe 3 or less. The stuff bearly know english, but somehow they will undestand you. Food was same all 8 days. Long waiting in the line, becouse the stuff were so slow, and they dont care about it. Everbody in the resturant is angry beacouse of that. The rooms was cleand every day, changed towels and everything about that is good. Boring animation, same music, not organised well. They dont have cold water for drink. The temperature was 45°c, and still not cold water :) The Ac in the room is not working properly, it was hot in the room. They dont provide you a mini bar. The spa team was everything but not good. Not recomonded AT ALL

The hotel is so good the food is fine especially Italian food there's the staff they do really good activities and they make u feel comfortable the rooms are soo good the view is always good 😊😍🩷😻🩷🩷

Vacances

The first hotel that came to him in my life, and it was the best hotel I saw in my life. There is another life. There are friends, especially MuntherIdea I will visit this again and the best bedroom was very large and wonderful
