Bardzo przyjemny odpoczynek.

Hotel z bardzo miłą i przyjazną obsługą. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, podczas tygodniowego pobytu ręczniki wymieniane trzykrotnie, pościel jeden raz. Codziennie dokładane kosmetyki do kąpieli i pielęgnacji oraz kawa i herbata. Pokoje czyste, klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu, wyposażenie nowoczesne, łóżka wygodne z dobrym materacem. Jedzenie urozmaicone, dużo różnorodnych owoców (pomarańcze, dwa rodzaje melonów, ananasy, arbuzy, banany). Mało miejsca w części jadalnej (za mała liczba stolików), brak części zamkniętej - wszystkie posiłki spożywało się na świeżym powietrzu, czasem w pełnym słońcu- to jedyne minusy. Plaża piaszczysta z niewielką liczbą kamieni (buty do wody nie były dla mnie konieczne), wystarczająca liczba darmowych leżaków. Okolica spokojna, blisko do pięknej Chani, z możliwością dojazdu autobusem. Polecam hotel na wakacyjny relaks i odpoczynek.

Lovely hotel, i personally wouldn’t consider 4*

Stayed at this hotel with a couple friends. The staff were lovely, very helpful and attentive. The hotel is lovely, modern and clean however I would not rate this as 4 star. The is no indoor seating option for eating, no sun loungers to relax by the pool, the pool is very small which may not be to everyone’s taste. The food is a buffet style which was not labelled, this is awkward and unsafe for those who have food allergies (like my friend). The al-inclusive drinks option has very little choice, i dare say not worth paying the extra for this package. We paid extra to upgrade the room to a side sea view suite…the room was lovely, cleaned daily but I think it should be stated in the room description that the terrace is shared with 4 other rooms so no privacy. Also the ‘sea-view’ only applies to the room closest to the sea. The part of the beach associated with this hotel I found quite dirty, there are nicer parts of the beach further to the left of the hotel. Despite the few niggles as stated we enjoyed our stay but spent most of the time in Rethymnon old town and Lake Kourma. Highly recommend visiting these sites, would suggest to rent a car as taxi’s are fairly pricey.

Great hotel , relaxing holiday.

Have just returned from a week at Mare Blue Suites,.. I had the most loveliest time! I arrived late and was met by Mr George who met me from the coach and took my luggage to my room, he was so nice and friendly and had some lovely food waiting for me. The rooms were lovely and clean The restaurant and bar staff were amazing! I would like to thank Richard, Filippos, Kostas, Katerina,Gadriela ,Dorian, Amalfia and Maria, for making my vacation so special you were all wonderful! I will definitely return to this lovely hotel, also the food was lovely great selection.

Great choice!

Great location. Convenient to where we needed to go. Plenty of parking. Lobby was very nice. The fresh offer and cold water was mice. Our room was new and clean. Comfy bed , plenty of towels and outlets. Breakfast was included. Air conditioner worked great. Check in was easy and convenient. I would stay here again anytime.

Mare Blue suites

When we arrived at the mare blue suites we were a little unsure of our surroundings. We welcomed at reception and checked in, our bags were taken to our room which was very nice. It was a side view of the sea, but we were at the end so we had lean forward to actually see the sea 😂 but didn’t bother us too much as it’s a room just to sleep in. The room was very clean, cleaners came in everyday with fresh towels. The only slight issue was the shower, a very powerful shower but there was no shower door so it did spray on the floor. The hotel itself was nice. The set up for the dinning/bar area could have been thought out a little better. As there weren’t many tables to cater to the amount of guests so sometimes on an evening people would be waiting at the bar for a table to come free. I think because the pool is right Next to where you eat not a lot of people use it. But that’s not an issue as you’re right on the beach. The food was a buffet style. They did have plenty of choice, but if you’re all inclusive it does get a little repetitive. But there are plenty of lovely traditional tavernas in the village centre. Some of the reviews do give a very negative view on the hotel for being in a very quiet area.. but if you do your research before you book then you expect it. Yes there’s not a lot nearby I.e nightlife/clubs but you have plenty to choose from in village square, there’s local tavernas and bars/shops. If you do want something more lively then It’s a 25 min drive from Rethymno in a taxi it’s about 30euros. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a nice relaxing holiday.
