Bestilte opphold på dette hotellet via Apollo, og det så og hørtes nydelig ut, men ble dessverre veldig skuffet. Eneste fordelen med dette hotellet er at det er rett ved siden av stranda. All Inclusive er ikke verdt det - det holder med frokost. Frokosten er hva du kan forvente, med ok utvalg av både kald- of varmmat. Lunsj er restemat, og middagen er så dårlig at ikke en gang løskattene ved hotellet vil ha den. Spiseområdet er så lite at du bør komme 20 min før er måltid for å få plass. Bassenget er rett ved siden av, og skaper ikke god apetitt - det står ubrukt og urenset, med papir, sand og sneiper i bunn, rett og slett ekkelt. Stranda er rett over veien, og helt ok - synd dette hotellet ikke ivaretar stranda si like godt som nabohotellet. Sneiper, brukte plastglass/sugerør, ødelagte solsenger. Vannet er fint da! Rommene er ok, men ikke 3+ stjerner. Sengene er harde med for små laken, maur på balkongen og store vepsebol som gjør det umulig å bruke den. Badet ser fint ut, og har en god dusj, men uten dusjforheng er det umulig å dusje uten at hele badet blir dusjet samtidig. Lukter kloakk på badet. Veldig lytt, så her får du med deg at naboen har chartermage og hyrdestund (ikke nødvendigvis i den rekkefølgen). Resepsjonister er lite hjelpsomme. Personalet på frokosten var hyggelige og imøtekommende. Kommer ikke tilbake hit.

Bardzo przyjemny odpoczynek.

Hotel z bardzo miłą i przyjazną obsługą. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, podczas tygodniowego pobytu ręczniki wymieniane trzykrotnie, pościel jeden raz. Codziennie dokładane kosmetyki do kąpieli i pielęgnacji oraz kawa i herbata. Pokoje czyste, klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu, wyposażenie nowoczesne, łóżka wygodne z dobrym materacem. Jedzenie urozmaicone, dużo różnorodnych owoców (pomarańcze, dwa rodzaje melonów, ananasy, arbuzy, banany). Mało miejsca w części jadalnej (za mała liczba stolików), brak części zamkniętej - wszystkie posiłki spożywało się na świeżym powietrzu, czasem w pełnym słońcu- to jedyne minusy. Plaża piaszczysta z niewielką liczbą kamieni (buty do wody nie były dla mnie konieczne), wystarczająca liczba darmowych leżaków. Okolica spokojna, blisko do pięknej Chani, z możliwością dojazdu autobusem. Polecam hotel na wakacyjny relaks i odpoczynek.

Look before booking !

This hotels first impressions was very good, until we checked in, we wasn’t in the actual hotel we booked, they have 2 hotels, the 2nd hotel you have to walk all the way around the back, where the staff live or just people in general, our door was broken and we had to slam it shut for it to close, the air con works but don’t circulate the room, and as soon as you remove the card it all stops, so in the heat we had we struggled to sleep as our room was so hot. We paid for all inclusive which was okay some times but the food was very repetitive, you have to check out at 11am, our flight wasn’t until the evening (10pm) so we had all day, we thought because we had breakfast we can continue to use their facilities, however this wasn’t the case, they cut out bands off and they got funny when we went up to the bar to get a drink ( which we paid for) it says it’s an adults only hotel, however kids was in the hotel or at the restaurant. The sun beds was very good, apart from the front row which you had to pay €25 a day all the others was free, however people from other hotels can use Mare Blues sun-beds for a single charge of €5 a day, which was very unfair as you would get up some mornings looking for a sun-bed and they have all been taken by none residents,

Worst experience ever

Worst experience of my life. Booked a sea view room....was sent to a converted room off site in another building not the hotel actual staff accommodation. Was awful more like a 1 star self catering g apartment. Staff unable to help waited 1.5 hours for their one customer service rep to arrive. They said they had no other rooms. Didn't feel safe room was dirty on forth floor with no lift and smelt bad of cannibas. Had to move hotels at own expense with no resolution offered. Still chasing them and love holidays. Do not stay here the pictures are nothing like the website. See my pictures to see where they sent us.

Stay away much better places around

From arriving to departing this hotel it was a complete mess we arrived at 11pm to be told that the all inclusive had finished and after a long flight we couldn’t relax and have a drink we then went to our room which we paid for a suite and ended up being put in a double room then the food was completely inedible everything was warm and flies around it there was stray cats everywhere being fed by the guests the pool was tiny and although there are further accessible facilities around the town the staff fail to inform you of this the food complex is around a 10 minute walk from the hotel just overall a terrible mess
