aivan ihana hotelli Hurghadassa,, ihastuimme siihen tuhat ja yksi yö,, hyvä ruoka ,ilta näytökset ihania, uima-altaat siistit ja palvelu oikein hyvä,, tarjoiliat mahtavia ,,siivous oli hyvä,, ilmat mitä mahtavimmat egyptissä,,taattu aurinko vuoden ympäri,, minun lempi turisti kohdeeni,, sainmme olla egyptin lihapatojen ääressä,, niiin taitavat ruuat siellä,,osaavat laittaa monipuolisia ruokia,,meillä oli täysi hoito,,ei ollut nälkä siellä,,

The worst vacation ever

Can’t imagine the level of this hotel it’s my third time to be a guest and every time they decrease one level but this absolutely no level they became under the line, only one restaurant out of 5 and all the restaurant staff deal with the guest with very bad attitude we felt that we are attending a funeral every day, and the food quality are the worst ever with very tight variety of food and only 3 bars for the drinks for the whole guest and the biggest shock was from the reception they turn off the AC at 23:00 they want to kick the guest out no tissues in the room, the power cut off and they stopped the services because they have visitors from a german tourism company, sure it’s my last time ever for the batros group.

Very good !

Just amazing ! Need to see and check out !!! Perfect spot for tourists and diving enthusiastic for learn and enjoying amazing the Red Sea ! Very nice expositions, very good food and beautiful architectures around !

Was disappointed

Was given a room that was very dated in block 500 hotel is old and very dated and full of German. Did not feel comfortable at this hotel it felt like I was i Germany food was limited not much choice would not recommend to anyone looking for a fun family holiday one positive was the Salon they did and amazing g job with my daughters hair so do try them guys

Winter Sun

Had a nice week at this hotel, Weather was warm throughout the day but temperature did drop in the evenings. We stopped around the Oasis pool for most of the day which was heated but you did feel cold getting out. We found service in main restaurant and the various bars we used very good with staff very pleasant. The only downside was when we went to the Tagine restaurant which you have to book the previous day. We went in for the second sitting in plenty of time, a group of approx 6 came in 20 minnutes after us but they seemed to get preferential treatment and after them getting their deserts before us we walked out and went for ours in the main restaurant. we walked to the Shopping Mall a couple of times and went on the shuttle bus to the beach which was very pleasant. The hotel is very clean and gardens are well looked after. Majority of guests seem to be German.
