Rannan läheisyys. Altaan suuruus.
Altaan tuolien määrä ei riittänyt asiakasmäärän, varattu jo klo 8. Päivällä ennen lounasta pientä lämmitä ruokaa kaipasin, pizza ranskalaisia yms. Rannalle WC. Märät lattiat, kuivamoppaus riittäisi. Hotellihuoneissa useampi roskis, muovi ja seka.

Hyvä hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla. Allasalue suuri ja viihtyisä. Ruokailut erittäin hyvät ja valikoima vaihteleva. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin vieressä paikallisliikenteen pysäkki, josta vartin välein linja-auto Rodoksen keskustaan.

Brilliant! (management please read)

I have visited 70 countries, stayed in hundreds of hotels and mostly 5 star, but really wanted to review this one in particular: Location: It is good for getting to the Old Town 9 euros taxi on the road 11 or 12 when booked at reception €2.40 on the bus (stop is outside, we used both, easy). Taxi ride to Kalithea Springs then Faliraki and many other places. But there is a very busy road between hotel and the hotel beds on the beach. Good bars and restaurants close by (FBI is the best for staff and sports on the many tv's). Room: Definitely worth booking a superior room, very smart, small but well-appointed. We were 352, amazing sea view and pool view (any room between 34 and 56 is both sea and pool views), we emailed and asked after booking to reserve if possible. Food and Drink: The best all-inclusive 4 star food and drink we have ever had. No small measures with spirits, beer was always great. There is so much choice for food from the buffets that there has to be something for everyone. Great desserts also and I am not a big dessert person but had twice a day, just to try as they look amazing. Staff: Without doubt the best service I have ever had in a hotel, usually there are a couple of exceptional staff and a few sour faces but not here. I wish I could remember all their names, but those that stand out were Dimitros (Bar Manager) and Antonis. The restaurant manager Spyros and his assistant Valantina. Outstanding reception staff and the cleaners were the best. Cleanliness: Obviously there have been many changes due to covid and I hope they continue with most of them. All areas are cleaned regularly, the toilets are spotless at all times (often neglected in some hotels). All tables are cleaned regularly and at least after every person/s have used. The rooms are cleaned every day or you can switch a light on to notify the cleaners that you do not wish to have them that day. Beech towels are €10 each (deposit) and can be changed daily by the pool. Covid Protocols: Masks must be worn by everyone when walking in and out of the restaurant and when taking food and drinks from the buffet. Lots of sanitizer stations around the hotel. Many guest chose to wear masks when walking around public areas. Entertainment: Not great to be honest, the Michael Jackson tribute just danced and lip-synced and the girl group just screeched. It is impossible to get a table outside after 8.30 (people desperate to secure a place for the entertainment) and a lot of that will be guest not wanting to share table due to social distancing. The Bad Bit: The sunbeds! People start putting towels on beds from 7am, the pool boys are supposed to remove them up to 8.30am and I only saw that once. This is a very German thing to do and as the majority of guests are German, expect it. Soem guests will reserve with a towel, then go on an excursion and return at 3pm and use the beds, that is just selfish! However, if like us you enjoy a quiet time, we took beds at the small pool at the back of the hotel (spa area) and beds were available after breakfast every day. (Note to Management) There are only 2 entrances to the main pool, in the morning (for the first 2 hours) put up a sign that says "No beds can be reserved by leaving towels on them before 8.30 am" and "If beds are not used for 2 hours or more, towels and belongings will be removed". If you sorted this out, we would return next year.

Great week away!

We’ve had a great time at Oceanis! All staff are very helpful and friendly, and working very hard. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are nice and clean, definitely worth upgrading to the superior, as these are new and refurbished. The grounds and surroundings are also kept very clean and well maintained. The food is very good, probably one of the best all inclusive we experienced and we’ve been to many hotels throughout the years. Everyone will definitely find something for themselves. The dining area is very well organised, especially now in COVID times, and also the restaurant has a lovely outdoor space with a beautiful sea view. The entertainment was good, always something going on throughout the days and in the evenings too. We had a lot of fun and games with the entertainment gentleman, Mino, who is always very friendly and chatty, and tries to get everyone involved. The hotel beach is just across the road. There are also water sports right next to it, if you fancy jet ski, paddle Boarding or wind surfing. The hotel provides beach towels for a refundable deposit of €10. There are bus stops just outside of the hotel, which run regularly to the old town and surroundings. The tickets to the old town cost around €2 each way. Bad points: - there are not enough sun beds. It seems like there’s plenty, but many times we couldn’t find any next to the pool or the beach, which is annoying. And of course, a lot of guests leave their towels on the sun beds first thing in the morning and disappear for most of the day. - the cleaning ladies are lovely and I know they’re working very hard, however many times knocked once and walked straight into our room assuming we aren’t there, before we even had time to respond. Each time we pressed the ‘don’t disturb’ light to let them know we’re inside, especially on the rainy days when we spent more time in our room or just wanted a lay in. This is a little uncomfortable at times, so it would be good to pay more attention to it, or maybe use a paper ‘don’t disturb’ sign the guests can put on the door handle to make things easier. Besides that, I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a great value for money, and a beautiful place! Thank you!

Amazing Hotel ❤️

Can't fault our experience at Oceanis beach! The room was beautiful, the pool and beach are so gorgeous, the food is fantastic, there is plenty of space on loungers/by the pool and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Always friendly, smiling and happy to help! Entertainment was really fun and Mino was always enthusiastic and super friendly!
