November was warm enough for a weeks break and the outside pool was closed which probably added to the ambience (downstairs indoor pool was open but we never used it This was one of the quietest hotels that I have stayed in. Late check in but reception is open until midnight. Check in was smooth and easy, remember to ask for a safe if you require it, it is small though, probably A5 size and you could fill it easily. Out of reception and walk to your right towards room 10, yes the ground verandas face the pool and people walk past your patio doors but we had nothing to hide and simply closed the curtains when we had to. The nicely decorated & furnished apartment was spotless and roomy and my thoughts below: BATHROOM - Wonderful lush towels changed upon request - Toiletries supplied - Great powerful shower - Ample hot water - Good lighting & hair dryer KITCHEN - Washing machine & a dish washer!! - Good sized oven & hob - Toaster, kettle & coffee machine - All the utensils and pots and pans that you need - Dish cloths - Full sized fridge & freezer - Brushes and pans to sweep up BEDROOM - 2 comfortanle single beds & nice pillows - More than enough wardrobe, cupboard & drawer space - Spare blankets - Black out blind LOUNGE - More drawer space - Comfortable sofa bed (linen in the unit) - Modern TV with all the 5 & more channels - Black out curtains - Patio doors to the outside seating area which overlooks the pool, guess this will be very busy in high season Very comfortable apartment and in a great location if you are touring the south coast as we did. Supermarket is directly opposite and the apartment can be topped easily and cheaply from here ( a litre of vodka was just over 6 euros!) Nerja is very hilly, as the bird flies walk into town is a challenge, walk up to the roundabout on the main road and it is a gentle 30 min amble down into town (stunning) with a few stops!! On the whole we were both very satisfied with this hotel, we would definitely return and recommend that you do the same!!

Fantastic stay

Service: Not knowing what to expect from this apartment, I arrived around 7 p.m welcomed by a friendly lady receptionist. There was no lift to go the first floor where I was staying, but thankfully she helped me carry my big and heavy luggage. I was then just in time to buy groceries just a few meters around the corner called Mercadona. Apartment: Worked with cards, private entrance, no access from other apartments/neighbors which is fantastic so that you can leave the door/window open during the day when you are gone. Spacious and super clean. Bedroom: beautiful and comfy bedding. The window has good blinds and blackout curtains. Bathroom [& toilet]: it has everything you need, functional and all worked to satisfaction. However, had to shower standing in the bathtub. Towels soft and fluffy, shower gel and shampoo provided. Kitchen: good view from the window and complete appliances and cleaning products including broom. Unfortunately, I found the pans and pots were greasy/not cleaned properly, had to clean them first before use, just be aware. Living room: Also spacious with dining table & chairs, sofa bed and tv. There was sliding door to balcony with drying rack and set of seating furniture. On the whole, I am very satisfied with the apartment. It took me for a while though to find my way around the apartment. Also, I found the noise from the swimming pool reasonable and easy to ignore but little privacy if you spend time in the balcony. One thing to note, de doors surrounding the reception and basement area are made from glass and so be extra cautious when trying to pass them as the light can sometimes confuse and lead you to the wrong side of the door by accident. The location was about 20 minutes enjoyable walk from the bus station. Going to the same direction, you can also reach the Balcony of Europe while to the opposite direction you can walk [or take a bus/taxi] to the Caves de Nerja.

Best holiday, and holiday apartments so far!!

Fully fitted apartments, clean and tidy on arrival, amazing staff, in particular Maria (reception) who came to our rescue in the middle of the night when we locked ourselves out and left our passports inside the apartment at 04.50am having to make s flight at 7am. She worked above and beyond that morning. Relaxed location, with easy access (steep hills) to Burriana beach and the town. We loved our stay.

Super place- Nothing was too much trouble!

Just back from 3 nights here, I have to commend the staff for looking after us so well when our friend needed medical help, they could not have been more patient and helpful in a tough situation. We will be back again. Very Many thanks from The girls from Ireland

Nice aparthotel for a family

Great option for families at this resort. Each apartment faces into the pool, and some of the larger ones have their own pool. Staff were nice, pool was an ok size. The shared amenities like the gym, etc. were a little dated but worked fine. The pool table wasn't well kept, but the space downstairs for the kids is something to break up some of the nights. It's a steep walk down to Burriana beach and I'd imagine would be a struggle getting back up if you were infirm. That said, you're next to the Mercadona and there are a few bars nearby, as is the local padel / tennis club. Never tried the nearby eatieries as mainly ate down in Nerja or by the beach, all of which were between reasonable and very good.
