Very disappointed ☹️

Really wasn’t impressed with my stay at this hotel. We paid a lot of money for 5 nights over the bank holiday weekend. The hotel was filled with people blasting out loud music. Our aircon didn’t work when we got there and our shower had flooded after the first use, causing all the towels to be soaking wet. The bathroom smelt of drains but when the maintenance man came he said the smell was due to the flooding shower. He said he had fixed the air con but it was 23 degrees. Not aircon in my opinion! The cleaners only came one out of the 5 nights to clean. They didn’t even replace our soaking wet towels. We constantly had to ask for towels and for them to clean the room. I enjoyed the breakfast and the bed was comfortable. The location was ideal near the port. We went to the pool and both pools had thick slime around the perimeter of the pool where it hadn’t been cleaned. I will not be returning and would rather stay somewhere that was clean and hygienic. I was very disappointed as we paid a lot more than our friends who were staying in a lively clean apartment across the road, and yet we were mugged off by paying 3X the price.

Too expensive for what you get!

The hotel was fine, but amenities and breakfast were lackluster and not worth the 200 euros nightly rate. I recommend a different hotel if you plan to spend that amount of money. Location is excellent for Puerto Banus. The room was very clean.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and the staff were so friendly. All our rooms were located together. The smell inside the hotel was lovely and the breakfast had so much to choose from. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous hotel!

Myself and 11 friends stayed here for 2 nights this weekend. The hotel is stunning! So new and modern. Reception staff were very helpful, the breakfast is fabulous and the location you can’t get any better if you’re staying in Puerto banus. Would highly recommend and book again if I was in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for holiday

We stayed in this hotel for the first time and we fall in love with it. The location is very convenient, the pool is covered in Sun for most of the day, the deluxe apartment is hughe and the staff were very friendly. Few drawbacks: 1) The food in half board option was disappointing. Veggies were overdone and the meet seemed to be prepared well in advance. 2) It did take a long time to order drinks in the Lounge Bar since not many members of staff were available there. Overall we’re planning to come back to Occidental PB.
