Hyvä hotelli lentokentän vieressä!

Yövyimme yhden yön tässä hotellissa ennen kotimatkaa. Siirryimme toiselta hotellilta tänne heti aamusta, huonetta odotellessa söimme aamupalan. Huone oli 1 krs. Royal Club puolella, huone oli iso, moderni ja todella hieno. Luksuksena ja yllätyksenä meille, huoneessa oli hieromatuoli! :D Vartin hieronnan jälkeen oli kuin uudesti syntynyt. Royal Club rakennuksessa on 5. kerroksessa uima-allas, jossa on reilu parisenkymmentä aurinkotuolia, lisäksi hotellialueella taisi olla 3 muuta allasta. Alkuillasta oli iltapäivätee loungessa ja heti perään happyhour drinkkeineen ja uusine cocktail ruokineen. Hotellilta pääsi kävellen terminal 1 metroasemalle, hetki meni kun illan pimetessä sitä etsittiin, mutta lopulta olikin vaan noin 300-400m päässä. Ja lentokenttä siis hotellia vastapäätä. Hotelli oli mielestäni suht edullinen tasoon nähden, ainakin Royal Club puolella, harmittaa ettei oltu kuin tuo yksi yö/päivä hotellissa. Tosin yöllä kyllä meinasi jonkin verran häiritä koneiden melu, mutta tämä olisi ratkennut korvatulpilla, jos on herkempi uninen. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Great hotel and royal club room was very good! Modern, spacious and special luxury --> massage chair! 5th floor pool was great! Sadly that we were there only 1 day/night. We will come back again this hotel!

Friendly helpful staff who are always smiling. Front desk manager Jocelyn and her team exceptionally helpful. They went out there way to help me so many times. Even helped me with my membership issues. Thanks I will definitely be staying here next time

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Le Meridien DXB

First off, I apologize for having taken so long to make this review. Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre is hands down one of my favorite places to say in the UAE. To the management, please extend my sincerest gratitude to Kristina & Amilyn for ensuring my stay was nothing short of wonderful. I look forward to my next Dubai visit!

Not the best experience

Check in was poor. This was a massive group participating in a three day conference- it would have been sensible to have done precheckins The receptionist indicated that they needed a 700 AED reserve block for incidentals on my credit card , but went ahead and purchased the amount! I have been trying to reach them to reverse the charge - nobody picks up the phone at reception - out of six calls it was picked up once by a member of staff who said their system was down and that he would call me back - no call back so far after 4 hours and counting House keeping was poor as well. The bathroom had not been cleaned after the pervious guest Amenities were missing and there was hair in the bath tub Conference facility left a lot to be desired No stationary Seating was cramped even though the hotel indicated the need for social distancing F&B was poor as well Cutlery was missing, seating was not adequate Rest rooms were locked and we had to request for them to be opened to accommodate the group

Customer Service Excellence

I spent the last month at Le Meridien on business and what was supposed to be a week long stay ended up being over a month. While Dubai is not my favorite place for business the staff at the Royal Club provide the example of excellence in customer service and made my stay more like a vacation. I would like to especially recognize Mangala and Mousimi. While masks are still required it was easy to note their smile and genuine care for customers! They made my stay truly pleasurable and their smile was contagious. Thank you for your great service and ability to always make me smile.
