Hyvä hotelli lentokentän vieressä!

Yövyimme yhden yön tässä hotellissa ennen kotimatkaa. Siirryimme toiselta hotellilta tänne heti aamusta, huonetta odotellessa söimme aamupalan. Huone oli 1 krs. Royal Club puolella, huone oli iso, moderni ja todella hieno. Luksuksena ja yllätyksenä meille, huoneessa oli hieromatuoli! :D Vartin hieronnan jälkeen oli kuin uudesti syntynyt. Royal Club rakennuksessa on 5. kerroksessa uima-allas, jossa on reilu parisenkymmentä aurinkotuolia, lisäksi hotellialueella taisi olla 3 muuta allasta. Alkuillasta oli iltapäivätee loungessa ja heti perään happyhour drinkkeineen ja uusine cocktail ruokineen. Hotellilta pääsi kävellen terminal 1 metroasemalle, hetki meni kun illan pimetessä sitä etsittiin, mutta lopulta olikin vaan noin 300-400m päässä. Ja lentokenttä siis hotellia vastapäätä. Hotelli oli mielestäni suht edullinen tasoon nähden, ainakin Royal Club puolella, harmittaa ettei oltu kuin tuo yksi yö/päivä hotellissa. Tosin yöllä kyllä meinasi jonkin verran häiritä koneiden melu, mutta tämä olisi ratkennut korvatulpilla, jos on herkempi uninen. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Great hotel and royal club room was very good! Modern, spacious and special luxury --> massage chair! 5th floor pool was great! Sadly that we were there only 1 day/night. We will come back again this hotel!

I am a big FUN of Natural Elements Spa and Fitness!

Natural Elements Spa and Fitness - 5 star, luxury, contemporary Health Club including Gym, 2 swimming pools , sauna, steaming room and Spa. I am a big fun of it . People working there make it even more special than anything else . They are all professional and passionate about their job . Nipuni thank you so much for your hospitality always so welcome , smiling and very helpful . Gym is absolutely incredible fit with all necessary modern equipment to build your body . It so convenient to have everything in one place . Highly recommend it!!

Great Hotel with excellent Customer Service

I recently stayed at this property. It was my 2nd time staying there and I was assigned a room in the Royal Club. It was a nice visit and I really appreciated the high level of customer service. I had some initial issues with my room and Michele along with Jocelyn resolved them quickly and totally to my satisfaction. All the staff I came in contact with were so friendly and helpful including Sameer, Yogesh and Chamoli who serviced my room. The Royal Club staff along with the bell staff were also awesome .. always helpful and available. The infinity pool is really nice with lovely views of Dubai and the rooms have direct access views of the airport. There are many restaurants on the property along with multiple pools and a really nice health club. I would definitely stay at this property in future visits to Dubai !

We have being coming back to the Le Méridien Dubai for the last 13 years as we are never disappointed with the level of service that is given to the travelers especially at the pool the lifeguard Pathum was very attentive and most helpful with getting fresh towels or getting food delivered to us at the pool

Average overnight layover

This property is located 5 minutes from DXB which makes it great for overnight layover if you need to rest. The room was clean and the shower water pressure is one of a kind (from the positive side) Services are good & fast, I liked that whenever I requested a something, I received a follow up call ensuring that I’ve received what I asked for. Check in & out of the hotel was quick. What I honestly didn’t like about the property is that my room was overlooking the garden and pool through an all windows ground to ceiling from 1 story up only, which has very minimal privacy and I had to keep the curtains closed all the time. On the other hand, if you are someone who doesn’t like low ceiling heights or if you are someone who is tall, this won’t be comfortable for you as the ceiling was very low in height. (Maybe because this facility is located near the airport there are certain limitations of how how high it can be) therefore they have expanded horizontally through many (and I really mean many! rooms) which was a bit annoying to get to the room and a bit less classy as I did ‘t feel that this is a five or four stars property. Finally, I really didn’t feel a welcoming staff at the check in , maybe it is a contrast issue as I was just checking out from a Ritz Carlton (which is one of the high end of Marriot chain) Anyway it is good for a stop over night.
