Amazing 6 nights stay

Had a great 6 nights stay in Hampton by Hilton. Enjoyed the breakfast, room was cozy and clean, water was refilled everyday in a sufficient amount. Pool was small but very comfortable area. Big thanks to Suraj , pool attendant and Amir the receptionist. Will definitely come back again!

A wonderful and splendid time here .

Was a great time here, everyone was brilliant and kind and made us feel like home.you will enjoy your time here . Thanks to Amir , Julius, Fatima and Glorida were brilliant and everyone including the lifeguard as well.

Very Unsanitary

Unfortunately I have to write a bad review because as of today the problem with sanitation is an ongoing issue. The poop towels from all the guest are put in the same hamper with the bottled water that is given out and the toilet brush that is used to clean all the guests toilets is put on the same cart as the other items they had out to the guest without being contained in any way. No disinfectant is used to clean the toilets. For a few days ithey only used window cleaner to clean the toilets. Absolutely disgusting!!! I've spoken to management about this and she assured me it would be rectified and it has not. The bed protector almost never get changed and are disgustingly filthy. Spoke with the housekeeping manager about it today and he said no one mentioned to him about the issue. This is a huge health risk that can make everyone ill. Hopefully after writing this review, they train their housekeeping staff on sanitation issues.

Disappointing Hampton by Hilton Dubai hotel facility

It's a 3 nights stay. Surprised to find out that it was a 3 star hotel. No room service! The room was freezing cold and the ancient looking phone doesn't work. And even after informing the front desk/reception and intervention by their technicians, there was no difference. I've to sleep with my warmers! Absolutely disappointing for a Hilton facility

A Retro Hilton

Hotel is located in Al Seef, a very vibrant location, right on the shore. Al Seef is a very good tourist spot where you can find lots of coffee shops and good restaurants.We booked 2 rooms for family of 4 since there was no extra space for additional beds which you should consider when you book the hotel.
