Siisti, rauhallinen ja toimiva hotelli syrjäisellä paikalla Agia Napan lähistöllä. Yövyimme toistamiseen viikon aikuisille suunnatun Fiherman's Villagen puolella ja olimme taas matkaamme erittäin tyytyväisiä! Hotellilta ei paljoa tarvitse poistua jos lepolomaa kaipaa.
Tämä oli toinen visiittimme tässä hotellissa. Se oli jälleen kerran ensiluokkaista, ei suurempia ongelmia. Aiomme tehdä varauksen taas heinäkuuksi 2014. Tutustuimme tarjoilijoihin ja baarihenkilökuntaan, ja kaikki olivat erittäin ystävällisiä, kuten myös henkilökunta itse kohteen puolella.
OLYMPIC LAGOON RESORT AYIA NAPA. 5 STAR IN EVERY WAY!!!
We travelled here a few years ago as we had stayed at The Olympic Lagoon Resort in Paphos the year before. We had booked and travelled with Jet2 and flew out from Leeds as the airport was fairly close to us. Jet2 were fantastic as they have their own area to check in at Leeds airport so they have dedicated staff at the check -in desks to assist you with making everything smooth as possible. Anyway, to the resort - Olympic Lagoon and OMG!!! what an amazing place! Everything from the food, the room, the staff and the entertainment were first class! Top class buffet restaurant, top class resort and top class staff. There are seven themed restaurants ( that you can book and eat at that are included in your all inclusive plus so the temptation to over indulge is so easy! Elena Tofias ( Customer Manager ) was really helpful when we had a blip with our room booking and moved us to a lovely room facing the pool and garden in the main building. Elana checked on us everyday and made sure that we were happy with our stay - which we were. Coming back here agin at the end of March 2024 and can't wait!
Terrible! Don’t book through jet 2 they do not care about their customers
Do not stay in this hotel! Also do not book through jet 2. They advise as an adult on pool, there was a lot of children in the adult pool. We reported it to the staff. They didn’t care. The receptionist was a bully, he constantly mocked us for not going clubbing. Constant comments from him throughout the whole holiday. We’re we’re on a relaxing weekend away. We wasn’t there to be judged! Reported to jet 2 worse customer service they basically emailed me today they didn’t care. It’s nice to know jet 2 do not care about their customers being bulled!
This was our second time at this beautiful hotel and the hotel has just got even better in the last 2 years. The hotel staff were amazing and spoken very good English, we were promptly checked in there was 12 of us and we were in our room no sooner than 10 minutes after we stepped off our transfer. One of the check in staff got someone to take us to our room and we had an amazing swim up room it was just gorgeous, we landed at 11:45 plum due to some delays and the all inclusive was still on for us as we managed to get some beautiful food in a restaurant that was in front of a beautiful front of water. The pool was extremely clean, with a big ship where the kids loved to play quite often, the weather was amazing considering it was January I loved the whole idea of a summer type winter, well we had that. Overall a gorgeous hotel we would definitely come back for a third time. Thanks to the whole team for an extremely enjoyable holiday.
