Hyvää palvelua ja upea sijainti

Ihana hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Huoneet olivat hyvät ja varustelu lomalle hyvä. Hotellissa pieni uima-allas mutta hotellin oma ranta kävelymatkan päässä korvasi tämän puutteen. Viikon lomalle hyvä hotelli valinta, koska palvelu on hyvää ja täsmällistä. Aamulla aikainen lähtö, tehtiin aamupala 2 asiakasta varten, pisteet tästä.

Hyvällä paikalla

Hotelli oli keskeisellä paikalla, lähellä rantaa ja vanhaa kaupunkia. Molempiin matkaa hotellista 200 m. Hyvä ja runsas aamiainen ja ystävällinen palvelu. Parasta oli vastapuristettu appelsiinimehu, jonka tarjoilija kaatoi lasiin, kun saapui aamiaiselle. Siisti. Huoneemme oli altaalle päin. Ei kovin hyvät näkymät, mutta huone oli hiljainen. Ei valittamista. Menisin uudestaan.

Amazing Beach Hotel with Excellent Friendly Staff

I recently stayed with my partner and we had the most incredible time. The staff are attentive and will go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. The views from the rooms with sea view are fantastic. Highly recommend paying extra for these. We stayed in the deluxe sweet and were blown away by how great the room was. The beach is a short walk away and you can use the facilities at their sister hotel, which is immediately opposite the beach. There are plenty of restaurants brach side and near the old town. The views from the balcony in the deluxe room were so good I decided to propose there! The staff were also great at helping me set up. The only downside I'd say is that the pictures don't do it justice!

Great experience

Front desk staff was very attentive and helpful, tending to our every need with utmost diligence. They were cordial and efficient. Room was spotless and comfortable. Location was perfect for a day at the beach and an evening downtown. Price-quality relation is very good. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay at Kyma Beach Hotel

Just can’t say enough about the service and hospitality of Kyma Beach Hotel, Rethymno. Staff was so helpful, especially when our scheduled pick up for a day tour didn’t arrive on time. They made calls on our behalf and checked in with us until we were on our way. We so appreciate the care and attention we received. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting among trees and flowers on a patio. Beautiful beach was a few steps away. Location of hotel is perfect- just across from bars, restaurants and nightlife- so, conveniently close but peaceful at night. We had such a lovely time and are happily planning our return. Will definitely stay at Kyma again!
