Sold an all inclusive holiday which is outrageous as they can only serve alcoholic drinks in restaurant on all inclusive basis, had to pay for alcoholic drinks in all bars. Evening entertainment advertised but non existent. Food average and repetitive. This is not up to the usual Bahia standards
Nice hotel, clean and well presented. Good central location. Good quality restaurant. Beware though that all-inclusive doesn’t really mean all inclusive. The hotel will claim they explain this in the small print, but if you book on the basis of all inclusive that is what you are entitled to expect rather than drinks being reduced by 50%. Also free Wi-fi should mean free Wi-fi and not just free for the first 15 minutes. Slightly misleading offering. In UK would be in breach of trades descriptions act.
Corner room, very spacious and clean. Big bathroom. Breathtaking view. Meals were rich and diverse. Pool area with great design and view, a downside would be the “don’t reserve a lounge with a towel” rule, that isn’t respected. There is a direct elevator from the pool to the beach, wich is awesome. The other hotel elevators were a pain, because only members of the same family can ride it together and the wainting time is always long. All in all a good family hotel.
NOT all inclusive, NOT disabled or child friendly
The hotel is situated at the top of a 1" in 4" hill. Would be close to impossible to push a wheel chair up to the front reception. Even the youngsters struggled to make the climb, during the hot weather. The reception is in the 7th floor, which is actually the 12th floor from the beach. There is a lift that goes from the pool to the beach, but there are a few steps at the bottom making is difficult for push chairs. The keypad gate is actually locked after 23:30hrs until 08:00hrs. Major disappointment, since January 2021, Magalluf and Palma Nova resorts had been restricted by the government on All inclusive alcohol drinks. These have all stopped, other than 3 beers or wines at meal times. All alcohol must be paid for. Its 50% with the all inclusive, but not cheap. Soft drinks are included. Pool snacks are limited to sandwiches. Pizza or hotdogs €3, crisps €1.50. Beware , NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. Restaurant is nice, but only about 1/3rd of the size it needs to be, for the quantity of people staying there. Seats for approx 100. Food choice was ok and generally the quality was nice. Pool area, again not enough seats for people. Approx 60 loungers and 20 seats at tables. Rooms were ok. All facing the sea, fantastic views. Aircon good. Rooms cleaned daily. The lifts are useless. Often waiting 10 mins for an unoccupied lift. Only family members inside a lift at one time. Staff, some friendly, some aggressive, not many smiles. Would find a hotel on the beach level, maybe another resort with real all inclusive. After paying €3000 for 2 weeks 2 people, spending more money on drinks that have already been paid for...not happy.
