Parfait. Tout est neuf et propre. Je n'ai personnellement rien à redire quant à la conception de la chambre et de la salle de bains et son unique porte de verre sablé qui ferme soit les WC soit la douche (très intelligente conception!) et qui ne gêne en rien deux personnes . Service et accueil très professionnel tant en castillan qu'en français. Merci au directeur de m'avoir surclassé avec la vue sur la piscine et l'étang. Le diner -buffet est peut-être un tout petit peu décevant (entrées et cheesecakes) mais j'ai découvert le jeune vin rouge 'Es Tren" qui est très bon. Je n'ai pas essayé le petit déjeuner ni le food truck, ni la salle de sport, ni le salon et terrasse pour le goûter, ni les deux piscines à température ambiante, la saison ne s'y prêtant pas. Je conseille l'exercice de remonter à pied toute la plage jusqu'au port principal . le quartier est inintéressant.

Fantástico hotel

Magnifico hotel, recien reformado. Ubicación inmejorable.Con todas las comodidades para desconectar unos días y estar realmente a gusto. Personal muy amable y profesional. Tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes muy limpias y cuidadas. Comida de muy buena calidad y muy variada. Especial mención al director y al personal de recepción que nos hicieron la estancia muy agradable. En nuestra opinión, la calidad de este hotel es muy superior a la de otros hoteles de la zona.

Top hotel! Lekker bed en goed ontbijt!

Echt een top hotel. Alles schoon en netjes. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Mooi zwembad, lekkere ligbedden en het bed sliep heerlijk! Enige wat ik kan bedenken is dat ze geen verse jus d orange serveren, maar als dat alles is…. Hier zouden we zeker opnieuw boeken. Kamer is wat kleiner maar goed ingericht en voor ons geen probleem! Op loop afstand van het strand

Great Hotel With Amazing Staff - Thank You!

Having just returned from a solo trip to Mallorca (staying at the THB Bamboo) for a week, I feel compelled to let you all know how great this hotel is. It was somewhat daunting travelling alone for the first time, but I could not have chosen a better place to stay... Aside from the beautiful location, the cleanliness and the overall positive atmosphere, it's the staff that made this stay special. They were, every single one of them, friendly, helpful, efficient and unfailingly indulgent of my fledgling attempts to speak Spanish with them. They left me feeling far more positive that I might be able to hold an actual conversation in Spanish with some (a lot...) more practice! I really cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you in particular to the two receptionists who managed to unweave the tangled web that was organising my transfer back to the airport - I'd probably still be going round in circles if it wasn't for your help. If you're looking for a peaceful, chilled out, modern place to stay in a beautiful part of the world, you could certainly do a lot worse than this hotel. I would happily stay again and was certainly very sorry to have to leave. Thanks for a great stay. David (uno, cero, dos)

Fantastic Hotel for the Easter break

We booked for the Easter break. The hotel was immaculately maintained, and every space was clean, tidy and presented to the highest of standards. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. traveling without our children, we booked an adults only hotel, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay all the better. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Alcudia is a lovely small town, with nice places to eat and a great beach, if the pool becomes too much.
