Hotelli oli siisti. Aamiasbufee kahden viikon aikana aina sama. Henkilökunnasta siivoojat ja allasbaarin toimijat olivat kohteliaita. Muuten käytös esim. aamupalalla ja respassa oli jopa ylimielistä. Alkeellisiinkin käytöstapoihin kuuluisi ehkä tervehtiminen. Huoneiden kylpyhuone/WC toteutus oli aika erikoinen. Tila oli erotettu kirkkaalla lasilla varsinaisesta huoneesta. Hieman olisi ehkä kaivannut enemmän yksityisyyttä, vaikka pitkässä parisuhteessa ollaankin. Kokemus ihan ok, mutta ei enää jatkossa valinta, mikäli Teneriffalle suunnataan..

Budget hotel , not suitable for longer than a few nights

We booked this hotel based on other’s reviews, we upgraded our accommodation to a room witha balcony and Tiede views Views we did not get We also requested a quiet room away from the elevator or stairs if possible Our room was next to both the elevator and stairs, the view was of waste ground which appeared to occupied by homeless people, it is also where people park their cars for free at their own risk and are asked to pay by people trying to make a quick buck , the main road runs directly around the hotel as do local buses so absolutely no chance of being a quiet room ,constant car horns , the community bins being emptied directly below our balcony We read that there is good wardrobe space we were allocated 8 fixed hangers for two people for 8 nights 2 narrow small desk draws and a few shelves Because of this my husband and I lived out of our suitcases for most of the holiday. The bedroom itself was clean and spacious very similar to any budget hotel ( travel lodge, premier inn ect) with the addition of a small balcony and air conditioning/heating . The bathroom is small with no permanent walls only glass panels a glass swing door which we felt was inappropriate as when you are on the bed you can see your partner on the loo , a bad design in our opinion We only had house keeping on day 5 as we were both using and suitcases for our belongings and didn’t feel the need to use the service . The day we did our tea and coffee sachets were not replenished, also no milk or teaspoons are provided. The bed was made by myself before we went out and our bedding wasn’t changed we presumed this was because we had only been there 5 days however in other hotels we have never experienced this , we didn’t use the breakfast or dining areas mainly due to us not wanting to wait for the extremely small slow lifts during busy times We wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel for a holiday but I’m sure would be fine for a short corporate break Location although near the old town of the area the pavements and roads are in bad repair and poorly lit and with scruffy people drinking all hours we would pick a area closer to the beach front

Simple, worked, good facilities, good location, great staff

From start to end, I was impressed with service at reception (our check in was interrupted by some rude people wanting attention, the manager pushed them aside and allowed us to continue) rooms are spacious and well equipped, hotel is not cluttered with wall art/plants/objects- just clean and clear. Lifts are efficient, pools are great , gym is adequately equipped for a good workout. Staff are friendly, location is handy for town and beach if you are mobile and love some exercise. Pool bar is good for lunch and snacks - limited menu and a little pricey for the food. Sun beds could be a bit more comfortable, they don’t adjust for reclining and are quite hard but the towel hire and exchange is excellent. Views from the pool area are stunning. We stayed on a B&B option and were glad to do so, whilst breakfast choices were excellent, the omelette made to order was a real plus point , the “school canteen” and constant clatter of noise wasn’t a great thing and it made us happy we didn’t book half board - there are a plethora of amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance and offer a good price delicious local meal with amazing local produce - explore and experiment- you won’t be disappointed - there’s even a McDonald’s for those that have no imagination! All in all - an incredible week which left me wanting to go back.

Excellent hotel for the price. Great choices for breakfast. Rooms very clean All staff very helpful, especially Jose, who arranged to deliver my car keys back to the uk when I left them in hotel lobby Pool was a little oasis in the middle of busy area

Overall Good

Hotel clean, staff very friendly. Location excellent. Rooms spacious. Bathroom flooded twice which was a bit stressful but staff responded quickly. Hot buffet breakfast - wasnt at all hot and alot of food was wasted.
