Vaikkei paikka ole uutuuttaan kiiltävä olimme tyytyväisiä niin sijaintiin kuin palveluihin. Nettiyhteys oli mitä odottaa saattoi mutta sai sillä sähköpostit luettua. Keittiössä pystyi tekemään yksinkertaisia ruokia ja ison jääkaapin lisäksi käytössä oli iso pakastelokero.

Hei. Minä ja mieheni olimme täällä hiljattain. Se oli toinen kertamme Parque Tropicalissa. Saimme ihanan huoneiston josta oli allasnäkymät ja huone oli puhdas ja ihastuttava. Mielestämme kuitenkin muutamia asioita voisi parantaa. Ensiksi, wc-pöntön yläpuolella oli kyltti, jonka mukaan paperia ei saa heittää pönttöön, eikä se ollut siellä viimeksi. Toiseksi, huoneemme kylpy oli ehdottomasti uudistuksen tarpeessa, sillä se oli likaisen näköinen, kellastunut, tahrainen, sekä erittäin liukas ollessasi suihkussa. Myös seinätiilien ympärillä oleva silikonipinta näytti likaiselta. Viimeiseksi meitä ärsyttä todella paljon se, että monet ihmiset laittoivat pyyhkeensä aurinkotuoleille ja katosivat paikalta ja palasivat vasta iltapäivällä, jolloin aurinkotuolit olivat turhaan varattuja. Tätä kuitenkin tapahtuu jokapaikassa. Yöpyisimme täällä uudelleen, sillä paikassa oli paljon positiivista. Sijainti on mahtava, ravintolat erittäin hyviä ja huoneet tilavia.

Visited for a 5 night break from 26/12. None of our usual places were available so we decided to try Parque Tropical. The room was lovely. Had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was nice with flowers above. One morning the lock on our door stopped working and we couldn’t get out. Had to call reception who sent maintenance to fix the door. The only downside to the apartment was some sort of machine (generator?) on the roof of the apartment next door which could be heard humming quite often. It would stop and start during the night. God knows how the people in that actual apartment got on. You could also hear the nightlife at the Centro Atlantico til 7am in the morning from the balcony, although at least once you went into the bedroom and the door was shut, you couldn’t hear any of that. The shower is good and hot and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. The pool area is nice although busy. I would imagine in the summer you would really struggle to get a bed. There just isn’t enough space around the pool. The pool bar is good but very expensive. The chips and also the beef chimichanga are delicious. The reception staff are not very friendly. If you want a late checkout you can probably forget it. I asked if we could have the room for 1 extra hour, until 12pm as opposed to checking out at the required time of 11am. Hadn’t even finished asking and the lady said no, we are full and need the room. What difference would 1 hour make when the next occupants can’t check in until 3pm anyway?

From the moment we walked into reception wee were greeted with a warm friendly welcome and the receptionist was amazing with giving us all the information we needed, we knew instantly we were going to love it. Rooms are clean and spacious, big fridge and freezer, even have an iron board and iron, beds and pillows are so comfy. Pool area is perfect and very chill, the sun beds omg comfiest beds I have ever laid on, the pool bar and bar man was so friendly and very helpful. The location itself is perfect, only yards walking distance from the beach and if you walk out of reception you have a hiperdino facing you. First time staying here and I have already booked to come back in April. I would highly recommend staying here you will not be disappointed!

Excellent place to say very clean, has everything you need in the apartment. Close to beach and main strip. Very cheap to eat out and lots of happy hours lol. We celebrated my husband’s 50th Birthday there and the staff found out and left a bottle of Cava in the apartment on his birthday with a birthday card which was so nice and thoughtful. Will definitely look to stay there again.
