Thoroughly enjoyed

The hotel was lovely and the staff worked extremely hard to keep it clean. The food was a smaller selection for all inclusive but was done well. The resort was very peaceful so if it is a relaxing stay you are looking for then this will be for you. It is a short taxi ride to the town where there are shops, restaurants and the beach. I look forward to returning.

A lovely 4* hotel.

A lovely 4* hotel, we stayed in a suite it was very clean and lovely decorated. The only thing the cleaners don't alway top up when low on loo rolls or soap. A visit to reception to ask for them they were replaced. I don't think you should be asking in a 4* hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There was a good choice of food. The hotel was out of the way for shops or bars, they do put on mini buses to take you to the beach and shopping. Or take a taxi which was reasonble price. We was told about the hotel been out of the way for bars or shops by our travel agent but we was happy with this hotel because we just wanted a chill out holiday.

50 years mariage anniversary

the hotel is new,and verry clean rooms,restaurant,pool,everywhere. food is verry good and a lot of choice. cleaningpersonel is verry verry good and so friendly. reception helps you with all your questions where its possibel. the suite was nice ,room 213. coffeemachine but only 4 cups,no water in the room are the only negatif points. we recommand the hotel not for young people or to rust because there is no much animation and to go out you have to take a taxi,8 euros. it is a relax hotel.

Mixed experiences

Mixed experiences! On the whole the service ok and staff are courteous. On arrival the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and explained everything very well. We had some issues with the food from the poolside menu. On Monday we waited an hour for the food but staff very apologetic. We ordered from the poolside menu again on Wednesday. Wrong pasta was brought and when we raised this we were accused of ordering the wrong item . I had eaten my food and my partner had to wait longer for his food to the point I had to ask where the food was. The service was terrible and the staff member abrupt that I asked where our food was. No apology was offered, nothing. We raised this with the management who has resolved our suggestion about the service we received Nice hotel and generally happy with the food and service. We have no minibar as advertised but doesn’t particularly bother us. There is a shuttle bus service provided and complex is tidy. There is entertainment on an evening it’s ok but had better elsewhere in Spain.

Brilliant hotel, highly recommended.

Just back from a fantastic holiday at the Kumara. Myself and a friend stayed there for a week, in one of their junior suites. The hotel was brilliant, suite was a good size, clean and beds very comfy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We only had booked for half board initially but once there we decided to upgrade to all inclusive for only an extra €180.00, which we thought was a great deal. Food was brilliant, buffet style but I would say there was something for everyone. The hotel is located of the main track and not really within walking distance of most places, but we were easily able to get a taxi ordered by reception and only cost around €8, so not expensive. We had an evening flight and although they were unable to give us late check out past 12pm due to the hotel being busy, they have a complimentary room which you can book at no extra cost to use to freshen up I would really recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.
