Good experience

Nao tenho o que reclamar sobre o atendimento em si, mas para esse hotel ser considerado 4☆ ainda falta muito. A parte da recepcao e quarto é bonita, mas o banheiro precisa ser renovado, uma vez que lembra da epoca dos anos 2000. Infelizmente encontramos duas pequenas baratas em nosso banheiro e algumas pequenas no banheiro proximo a recepção. Pedi comida em um dos dias, estava saborosa, nao tenho o que reclamar. Acredito por esses pequenos detalhes é que impossibilita de dar 5☆.

من اروع وافضل فنادق بر دبي زرتها مرتين وانطباعي ممتاز موقعه ممتاز …. تعاملهم وقرب موقع من المترو وعلى شارع عام ووجود بقاله بموقع وخدمات غرف نظيفه وجيده ولكن تاخير بتسجيل الدخول واغلبه جروبات هنديه لكن يستحق الاقامه وتعاملهم راقي في الاستقبال

Appreciated there work helped me and guided me by Arpana very well for everything so it was very easy for me to explore Dubai during my stay. The service was excellent and the staff were also very helpful and friendly and I would like to mention Maryam at the reception was very helpful and helped as a lot during the stay which made our trip more pleasant and excellent and food was also good in the kitchen especially the Breakfast and Lunch.
