Great stay here .. very prompt service , especially Mr Praveen (Duty manager ) , was very helpful … and also the pastries at the reception were delicious .. Great food and ambience through out . Great locality with easy access to metro as well as bus services

A great stay at the hotel

It was a very pleasant experience. Hotel staff were very efficient and courteous, food was good and location near Meena Bazar on the main road. I would in particular comment on the outstanding service of Duty Manager Prabin. There appeared to be some confusion regarding my late check out. MMT had given a special offer of free check out when I booked in the month of August for our visit in end October. Unfortunately, on arrival we found that this was not communicated to the hotel. Mr Prabin cleared the hurdle for us and ensured that the commitment made at the time of booking was duly honoured. After check out and clearing all departure formalities at the Dubai Airport for our flight back to India, we discovered that Rs 33,000/- and a multi currency forex card was missing. A fanatic search in our hand baggage could not locate the items. We contacted the hotel as a last resort and informed them. Mr Prabin searched our room and found the missing items in the room safe. He thereafter took all the trouble of clearing all the formalities and sending the money to my bank account, in India. Thank you so much Pravin.

Great value for money with amazing location and staff

The hotel location is great. Close to airport, old Dubai and gold souq is 1 Dirham away through the ferry. Staff are nice, especially Zeshan and Omar the manager. The rooms are big, nice and clean. Staff are always keeping the room tidy even if we did not request for cleaning.They are also really patient with our kid and making sure he is comfortable

Great Stay

Had a great stay in Howard Johnson- Bur Dubai. Rooms are spacious, breakfast was superb with multiple options in Indian as well as Continental. My overall experience was very very good. I high recommend this hotel in Bur Dubai.
