Huone 617 haisi homeelle ja myös vaatteemme kun palasimme kotiin. Pari päivää ennen lähtöä käytävän seinät maalattiin, mutta siellä ei järjestetty mitään tuuletusta. Haju oli todella vahva!

For best Hospitality, stay at Howard Johnson

I stayed in Howard Johnson,Bur Dubai for a month and the service was impeccable. There are multi-cuisine restaurants in the hotel itself. The food is really good with a lavish breakfast buffet. Very well maintained. The USP of this place is its team from the Front Office Desk ,to housekeeping, to the Restaurant pepple. They are extremely polite, courteous with a ready-to- help attitude. Location is good. You have easy access to cabs, malls, outlets. Must visit.

Awesome staycation experience, Thank You

It was indeed an awesome experience, staff were super helpful and polite, room and room service was A grade, the setup for the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was very tidy and sorted, lot of food varieties, taste was very good. I would say if in Dubai, definitely try staying in the hotel, you will not regret.

Excellent housekeeping

Good sevice by bikash and robin .room was perfectly cleaned . food was delicious.neer to meena bazzar . having a swimming pool and a fitness centre .will visit in coming feture .keep it up guys .good job

Quite Old But OK To Stay

I stayed in this hotel under recommendation by our client as their cooperated hotel. This hotel located not so far from 'the legendary floating hotel' Queen Elisabeth, but unfortunately this area were under construction so not really good view area. I stayed for 1 week (08-April-2022 until 16-April-2022) for my 2nd business trip to Dubai. I enjoyed the breakfast with various Arabic, Indian menus. Enjoy Room service for the dinner. Food was ok but the pasta has almost the same taste (I ordered few pasta) and a bit plain. They do not allow food container for me who always go out early morning. The front desk and manager said that is the policy but for me that is only excuse as other restaurant staffs willing to offer me box to take away. (i paid for the breakfast as well, only not have time to have a proper meal) First 2 days i had incident where my laundry has swapped with other room (and took quite long time to respond by front desk and housekeeping). Location is near to few supermarket (carrefour) because this is local residence area. Room is not so big, equipped with old fashion furniture but quite nice for tourist to stay.

Howard Johnson Hotel Bur Dubai Deceivers

Deceitful practice. I emailed the hotel with my requirements and asked whether they will be able.to cater for me and my family..which comprised my husband, myself and three children all below 12 years of age. They responded that they have a Junior suite with 2 Queen size beds. But after check in and receiving our room keys we realised it was a double room with 2 double beds and below what we expected a suite to be. We had travelled to Dubai before and the Queen rooms we occupied were obviously bigger. The duty manager agreed to give us a complementary interconnecting room so that the children can be more comfortable. However later he was asking us to pay additional for that room. Which we flatly refused as we had pay for a suite expensively and was not what we got. The manager verbally informed me to send my card details by email to effect the refund which I did since yesterday but they have failed to acknowledge. The other manager informed they have a no refund policy. However I am within my rights as I didn't get what I paid for. So people be very careful prior to booking the hotel. Because what you they advertise is different from what they give.
