Loistava hotelli

Hieno hotelli ja paljon tekemistä lapsille. Hyvin ystävällistä henkilökuntaa. Todella hyvää ruokaa. Suuri kiitos hyvästä palvelusta Diana, Nuri, Sunny, Yummy, ADHI, TIK, AoR, Dew, Chuk, JK and Pancake.

Suited to families

We have stayed in Dubai many times but more on the Palm, JBR and Dubai Marina areas. After staying on the Palm for the first week, we thought we would try somewhere different. The resort is nicely set out with lots of stuff for kids. We stayed bed and breakfast. Food was hit and miss. Some tasteless and luke warm. The resort is very isolated and difficult to get taxis to take you off the island. We paid for evening meal in the Lebanese restaurant. Again, food is not worth the money we paid. Also, no drinks are included in the price. 24 dhms for a bottle of luke warm water is a bit much. Most days, we spent at the small adult pool. Hats off to the lifeguard Gerald. He was one of the nicest, most respectful men I have met. He would always go out of his way to make you feel comfortable. I felt really sorry for him. The number of times he had to explain to guests with children that this area was for adults only. He was always calm and very polite. We witnessed him even having to take abuse off some paying guests. The rest of the resort is clean and tidy. Rooms are cleaned daily and staff are really nice. Don't think we will be returning to this part of Dubai again until it becomes more developed.

Brilliant hotel

Staying at the centara currently and have another 3 days left. Can’t comment highly enough about the food, cleanliness and how friendly the staff are. Especially Jeevan in the sand bar who has looked after me and my family during our stay. Don’t want to leave.

Superb and fun experience with family and friends.

We had a blast celebrating my son Matteo's 6th and Bogie's 4th birthday with family and friends . Centara is family friendly beach resort with lots of activities for the kids and kids alike. We can't choose a favorite because we love everything about Centara.The pools, the beach, the night activities and food are great. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ms. Jocelyn of Ezone playing area and Christian the official photographer of Centara for their service in their respected areas. We enjoyed the Magician show and the fire dance si much. Matteo said Centara is cool and beautiful ❤️❤️❤️. Little bit of improvement to some lifeguards on how to respond to guest.The tone of voice and delivery of response I guess can be better.They are very important and helpful to keep us safe and I appreciate them. They are also friendly to the kids while emposing safety rules. Overall stay was superb and we can't wait for our next stay in Centara ❤️❤️❤️.

Better than the best service

Best hotel in the world of Dubai and centara Mirage is one of them and the review is that everything is perfect thai food outlet pool bar and rooms are so tidy and clean my room services suraj manish raj surendra ahamed are good enough to take care always greet us being friendly made my holiday great thanks a lot🥰🥰
