Luksus rantaelämää!

Saapuminen: Hovimestari on oikein ystävällinen ja esitteli huoneen kohteliaasti Huone: Olimme grand deluxe -huoneessa, josta oli näkymä puutarhaan ja uima-altaalle, oikein raikas. Sänky on todella mukava!! Thaikukkakortti hyvän yön toivotuksena on mukava lisä. Parveke ja sohva on oikein chillauttava... Ranta ja uima-allas: Niin sanotusti ihanin ranta Hua Hinissä!! Kohteessa valkoista hiekkaa, puhdasta merta, pitkä ranta sopii hölkkäämiseen. Uima-altaalla voisi olla valppaampaa henkilökuntaa, joka toimittaisi rantapyyhkeitä, vettä tai juomalistoja. Ruoka: Söin munanvalkuaiskokkelia pinaatilla.. Ja kookoslettua.. Ja tuoreita banaani-smoothieta. Syöminen terassilla saa päivän hyvin käyntiin. Ennen lähtöä rakastuin Chandon-brunssiin! Olen makean ystävä ja krepsit banaanilla ja nutellalla ja kookosjäätelöllä oli niiiin hyvää :) Bossaa ja akustista musiikkia meren aaltojen tahtiin.. Nautin todella brunssista. Saimme myös kirjautua ulos myöhemmin, koska söimme brunssin, joten pääsimme vielä uimaan ja rentoutumaan ennen paluuta Bangkokiin. Suuri kiitos Khun G:lle ja Sebastienille heidän ystävällisyydestään.

a pleasant second experience

All the employees are kind and especially compliments for the staff named TUM. It was nice that you always greeted us with a smile if you responded kindly to our request. I'm going to visit InterContinental on my next trip to Hua Hin

Great Holiday in Hua Hin

Before I came to the hotel I was a little bit dissapointed as the Beach Wing is totally closed for the renovation. However, when I checked in, my concern was dissapeared. Room and hotel facilities were clean, comfortable and sofisticated. Breakfast is not buffet style. It is an a la carte style. Food was great, and the service and hospitality of staff were even greater. Especially, a staff ''Tum'' look after me very well. I cannot wait to go back to Intercontinental Hua Hin again. Thank you Tum, and all other wonderful staff!!

An absolutely amazing stay, and will keep on returning!

I am a returning guest, and had an absolutely wonderful experience at International Huahin. The service was outstanding, thank you again for every staff members for such an impressive service, from check-in, until check-out. The room was large and clean, and filled with all utilities and amenities. We also got fruits and cakes as welcoming gifts. Breakfast was a la-cart in which was full with menus. We enjoyed our delicious breakfast. The staff member were enthusiastic and friendly. Food was served quickly. Overall I would rate this experience 5-star and will keep on returning.

UNMATCHED SERVICES (even beyond my high expectation)

As a Diamond Ambassador member of IHG, I'm writing this to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional services of InterContinental Hotels Hua Hin Resort in Sep 2023. This is not my first stay here but the most memorable one. I and my mom arrived at the hotel and were impressed by the great hospitality of the bellmans and front staffs. Spotlight to a front staff (K.May) on her politeness, friendliness and professionalism during our check-in process which set a positive tone for our stay. All of the elite member benefits were well addressed flawlessly by her. We also loved our Jr. Suite room here which is large, clean with a beautiful view of a swimming pool.   We had a chance to have a dinner and ordered foods from Jaras restaurant (dining at Le Colonial place instead because Jaras restaurant on the beach side was in renovation) and would like to extend my appreciation to all of the staffs there (K.Terry and K.Nattanya). I was specially impressed by the attentiveness of K.Terry and his knowledge on foods and drinks. The foods by Jaras didn’t fail to amaze me, super delicious and well-presented. While Le Colonial place is very beautiful.   Additionally, A-la-carte buffet at Le Colonial was superb plus the staffs were very attentive. I would like to highlight K.Tum for his beyond than expectation service. I asked him whether menu in the picture is available but unfortunately that menu was not served. However, he finally brought me something nearly the same from the kitchen which I was very surprised by his high level of services mind (I would say... competitive to 6-stars hotel).   Before checking out, I had a lunch at Cafe De Khoi and found that Kanom Jeen Namya Poo is also delicious.   I will definitely go back to this place again when the beach side completes on its renovation. Can’t wait for another perfect stay at IC Hua Hin! :)
