Incrível!!! Zero defeitos

O hotel é simplesmente incrível! Um super atendimento desde o check in até o check out. Quarto super espaçoso, a cama mais confortável que eu já dormi. Café da manhã feito através do Menu faz com que todos os pedidos tenham um toque a mais de individualidade e capricho. Garçons extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. O amanhecer na academia é algo surreal, uma vista ampla para Doha. Hotel oferece água em todos os ambientes comuns. O lobby é incrível com mtas flores, musica agradável (aliás em todo hotel). Restaurantes e mtas poltronas. Rápido acesso o Uber e táxi. Enfim foi uma experiência única me hospedar no hotel e com certeza vou indicar a todos que foram a Doha!

الفندق جداً فخم وراقي وتعامل الموظفين ارقى ولن تكون اخر مره اسكن فيه تجربه فريدة ورائعه وراقيه وتعامل الموظفين مريح وعلى مستوى عالي من الدقه والاهتمام وقد قمنا حفل زواج اخي في هذا الفندق وكانوا جداً متعاونين الموظفين في تلبية احتياجاتنا للزواج والترتيب والغرف . انصح بالاقامه فيه للاسترخاء والاستمتاع بالرافهيه والهدوء

THE NED - Simply THE BEST!

THE NED is the ultimate customer care experience. While I am not at home, it is pretty close to home. While THE NED is quite opulent and the amenities are luxurious, the staff is what places THE NED above all other hotels. There are so many staff members from the front desk, housekeeping, guest services, valet team, and all of THE NED's restaurants. I am terrible with names, but I never forget a face. I would like to give a special thanks to Aishi Chakraborty. She persuaded me to stay at THE NED initially. She is a true professional and is customer service-oriented. Ernesto Viizcarra works in the Member's Only lounge, which I am not a member of however, each time I stay at THE NED, he goes out of his way to find me to check on my needs and always wishes me a fond farewell upon my departure. All of the waiters, waitresses, and Management Staff in all of the restaurants make you feel like you are getting a home-cooked meal every day. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast at Millie's. Mr. Amine Riahi's leadership and eye for talented staff sets him apart from his peers. Thaj and the rest of the staff at Electric go above and beyond, and I thank them for the guest experience. On a final note, I would like to let everyone know that Kaylin Chedwin Roberts (Millie's Waiter) is hands down the most dedicated and professional at THE NED. He has a great surrounding cast with Julie and Mustafa, but he is the focal point of THE NED experience. I hope to see him in a Blue Jacket the next time I see him; I believe that promoting within and having your best and brightest train to standard will only strengthen THE NED!

Worst .

Highly disappointed with Mr Prasad, no etiquettes, no proper information. The hotel itself is so good, but we were taken aback from the service by Mr Prasad. Rest the location and food is absolutely great. In awe with the location. The food was delish

My experience at the ned resturant is always Wonderful , i visit usually twice a week and each time i get same excellent treatment by the employee vyvek , He is extremely helpful and has great customer service skills Vyvek has been very kind he usually complement us with complementary meals or desert We are very great-full
