Loistava hotelli

Erinomainen huone, hyvä huolenpito respassa, max 25min kentälle, taksi kentältä 53 rialia, takaisin maksuton sukkulabussilla. Ympäristössä rakennustöitä, ei melua huoneeseen. Jos haluaa keskustan basaarialueelle noin 10min ja taksit edullisia.

Worst customer service I ever had by Najib Duty Manager Najib

I have had the worst ever customer service experience by the Duty Manager Najib (without last name) since he refused to say) 1. He Doesn’t know how to talk to customers 2. Very rude and takes his position as if he is the God and everything should be according to his mood 3. Discriminates by gender and nationality 4. And you can’t get in your female friends room without his permission (even tho all of the documents are provided) He said to call security (as if I am doing something wrong) if I’ll be going up with my female friends to visit them I wonder if all the guests visitors treated as I have been?

Great staff like Manju

This hotel is the best hotel in Doha such a big property with two towers and you will enjoy their bar night club restaurant with all the national cuisine and you meet great staffs like Mr. Manju at the front office always willing to help you

Quality food and best dining experience

Ruby Wu's signature roasted Peking style duct breast is simple yet delicious, as is the pan-fried king prawn. Thank you for your excellent service, Ms. Analyn and Mr. Arnold. We will definitely return.

The stay was comfortable and enjoyable stayed for a week and felt like home staffs are good environment is good food rooms swimming pool and specially the staff at reception Mr. Manju was so helpful and talkative
