Long Stay in Great Hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton 2-26th October, my trip did not start very well as missed my connection in Doha. When I arrived in Salalah found out my case was still in Doho. For me its people that make a good hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the lady on reception was straight on the phone to the airport for me, she arranged to pick up my case and it was in my room early evening. As I am Gluten free I was concerned I would be able to eat in the hotel restaurant each evening, when I discussed options with Chamika he informed me he would go and speak to the Chef to find out the best options for me. On a number of occasions the Chef made special meals for me. The food was excellent, plenty of options and very good quality. Chamika and his staff Rajesh, Arun, Shadith and Chefs Praveen & Lagju could not do enough for me, when working in the bar or the restaurant it really was service with a smile. Can not fault this hotel. If I visit Salalah again this is the hotel I will be stopping in 10 out of 10 for me.

The staff are the heart of this property

I am a world traveler and I do not usually write reviews. I have been to many luxury hotels and despite the lavish interiors, they feel quite generic and repetitive in trying to anticipate your needs. In this hotel I really felt a sense of pride from the staff and genuine care. From Arun, Amer, Al Amin, Ligo and Amir Cuffe, all the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and professional. They went out of our way to make our friends reunion special. Thank you for the lovely memories! I will Recommend your hotel to anyone visiting Salalah.

5* experience

staff were very helpful, could not do enough for me. i was working nights and they ensured my room was cleaned every night whilst i was at work so i wasn't disturbed during the day. staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to meet our needs. Chamika was more than helpful and friendly.

Exceptional stay

It was our first time visiting Hilton Salalah .. and I can say that it was one of the best holidays in my life especially that we were in a anniversary my wife was extremely happy with the stay and amazed by the hospitality of the staff . Let me start with the front desk ... everyone was so helpful and friendly they provided a welcome drink upon arrival with a nice smile on their faces , they explained about the facilities in details , all the team were knowledgeable special unfortunately I don’t have all the names but you guys have the best team ever ... , .. I can’t write a comment without mentioning The F&B team Yasin & Sajed as well they never missed to greet us with a big smile on their faces and their very respectful way of greeting every day , Thanks to the management , to the entire team without any exception for their hospitality and friendliness this is what we call a real success , keep it up and we will definitely come back to stay in this amazing property see you soon

A pleasingly different experience

It is my first time to stay in a Hilton chain of hotel. The hotel has been there for years but the interior are fresh. The mountain view room has superking size bed and very spacious bedroom with sofa for four people that converts to bed. Breakfast is best in class. With very attentive waiters and waitresses. Rhea was quick to replace the croissant that was taken by the crow. I would like to thank Camile for the smooth checkin and Ellen for well-ordered checkout.
