Run down apartment don’t waste your money

On arrival safe would not open and was making a very loud beeping sound and man on reception was refusing to come look at it I had to argue with him and ask him how I was supposed to sleep with that noise considering it was 12 o’clock at night our arrival maintenance never arrived to fix it properly that we could use it. Room was completely run down and needs a complete refurbishment and deep clean. Shower head was broken which had to hold in hand as water went everywhere but downwards this took 2 days to replace. Male cleaner attitude was appalling didn’t want to change bedding that was supposed to be done twice a week completed once and left dirty sheets in room. Pool bar had a young man working who had girlfriend behind bar and spent his days all over her like a rash totally unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour and they didn’t even seem to care that children were also at the pool. I can safely say it was the worst apartment I have ever stayed in with the rudest staff and will never return.

Excellent, friendly and comfortable stay

From first minute until the last we loved our stay at Vrissaki apartmenst. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Always with a smile and a helping hand. Our apartment was large and with great standard and the balcony and sea view such a great bonus. All staff made us feel so welcome. The apartments are in a fantastic location with all restaurants and the city life on your doorstep. We truly recommend this place and we will try to come back very soon.

Absolutely brilliant apartment

Fantastic apartments, well equipped with everything you need to self cater in the studio apartment . Cleaners most days with fresh towels . Location perfect right on the strip so restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. Beautiful kept pool never had a problem finding a sun lounger . All areas are kept to a high standard . AC is available at a cost but worth the money . My only criticism would be the pool table could do with replacing the cues were in a poor state with no end bits on , grandchildren played on this daily . I. General the play area could do with a bit of attention . But overall this is one of the best places we have stayed . We decided before we left to rebook for 2024 Well done to everyone at the Vrisakki apartments

Very filthy and dirty

Me and my friend stayed there for one week. When we first arrived the bathroom was filthy and dirty and the sink was clogged. There was sand and hair on the floor and bed every day, so we had to wear socks inside the apartment. The toilet and sink were never cleaned, the cleaning staff just poured pink or blue soap in the toliet, and the stains on the toilet and sink were there all week. The balcony also smelled like strong sweet. One day i had to go to the toilet and hung up the «do not disturb» sign, but when i got out of the bathroom, the man who cleaned came in and went straight to the bathroom!!!! Even though i put the sign up. After a few hours on the beach we returned to toilet paper with feces on my shoes!! Im sure this was a mistake and that it probably fell out of the trash when he cleaned, but that was the first thing we saw when we came in!! Our bed was made once throughout the whole week, and we had to ask for toilet paper twice. Lousy cleaning, but the location was perfect. A lot of restaurants, bars and beaches within a walking distance. I would love to come back, but not to this hotel.

Great location, clean, configurable and spacious room.

Ideal location, even though it's situated in the middle of the strip we didn't hear any noise. We had room 510 a 1 bedroom apartment which faced west. So nice to have breakfast on the balcony without being too hot and then watch the sunset in the evening. Large bedroom with decent wardrobe space, beds were comfortable. Door leading to balcony from the bedroom and the living area. Aircon unit in the bedroom and the living area. Hairdryer and TV(didn't watch it) Living area had plenty cupboards, small hob (didn't use it), fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen table and chairs, coffee table, TV, Sofa bed and bunk beds. Still had loads of floor space though. Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates etc , but very small cups. Bathroom could do with being updated. The shower was very poor. Plenty hot water but not very powerful. Room cleaned everyday. Not many plug sockets, make sure you take multi plug extension for both rooms. Only sockets were where the TVs were plugged in, and the hairdryer one. Aircon is expensive, we paid €168 for 2 weeks! Free WiFi but it wasn't very good in our room. It kept dropping out. Ok round the pool area though. Pool area was nice, plenty of beds, never had to go down early for a bed. Nobody has towels out keeping beds which was nice. Some days hardly anyone there. There's a pool bar but they don't do food, just crisps. But they didn't mind anyone taking food round the pool. People often brought pizzas, salads, things from Costa etc. There's a pathway from the pool area to go to the beach. Kids small play area too. Staff all very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
