Tämä hotelli sopii kaikkien tarpeisiin ja upean loman viettoon. Ruoka on erittäin hyvää ja tarjolla on joka päivä eri vaihtoehtoja valinnan helpottamiseksi. Huoneet ovat erittäin mukavia ja päivittäin siivottuja. Loistava allasalue ja ulkobaari juomien ja pikkupurtavan ostamiseen. Viihteestä vastaava tiimi tekee sellaista työtä, ettei ole vastaavaa nähty. Hotellissa kannattaa vierailla, jos mahdollista. Kiitokset omistajille ja työntekijöille, teette hienoa työtä ja jatkakaa samaan malliin. Nähdään toukokuussa.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and amenities.

We stayed in October end of season Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing, extremely friendly and accommodating. All rooms, pool and other amenities were clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Zante.

Generally a good place but little changes would equal big improvements

PROS: Bug screens on patio doors of rooms Good food and reasonable choice...not chips every night! Snack bar a useful addition and Argiris the bar man is amazing! Spotlessly clean in all areas Staff friendly and helpful Rooms good size and design Beds very comfortable, mattresses superb CONS: Hairdryer is awful... bring your own Drinks poor quality, although Bailey's copy is actually pretty good Wasps everywhere constantly! They are all over people on the sunbeds, around food and drinks etc. Entertainment...what entertainment? (could be a pro for some!) Gym appalling...limited and not working! Only one hot drinks machine in the restaurant so queues at breakfast. When the machine broke down the offerings were filter coffee in flasks and a kettle (without a lead to boil it) for tea. Bed settee is not suitable for anyone over 5ft 5" although it is marketed as suitable for adults! Make sure you bring any change in € which you may need as reception don't carry change

Zante in Oct, end of season vibe

Just at the airport waiting to go home... Had a pleasant week... Good bits... Spotlessly clean, decent local influenced food, new look refurb, good quality fixtures and fittings, friendly and helpful staff....airport close and v efficient Other bits... Seems very cost conscious... One coffee machine for a whole restaurant and when it broke they did nt swap it out or fix it... Poor quality drinks, no choice... Wine from taps not bottles.. No choices.. Water all filtered and no bottled option... Gym was all old and knackered and been broken for months, not repaired, not enough staff serving... One person no cover so when they were absent nothing happened... A lot of self service... But generally a good site and well run.. E

Excellent holiday

Our first visit to Zakynthos. Stayed at the lovely Bitzaro Grande Hotel. Everyone made us feel very welcome from the moment we checked in. We had asked for a room on low floor due to mobility issues. Our room was perfect. Easy access to restaurant and bar and lift down to pool area. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Food in the main restaurant and at the snack bar was very good. Service is excellent Special thankyou's to Antonis at the mainbar, the bar server at the pool(sorry did not get your name), and Denise in the main restaurant. The location was ideal with a short walk to bars and restaurants and beach. Already booked for next year
