Mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla

Hyvä sijainti, lyhyt matka Firan keskustaan tai Imergiovilin kylään. Iltaisin oli lyhyt matka mennä ihailemaan auringonlaskua. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotelli oli siisti ja huone hyvin hoidettu. Aamupala monipuolinen ja maistuva.

Perfect Location

On arrival the check in was easy and the staff were very informative. The room was very spacious and spotless. We arrived late so were very pleased in the morning to see we had a large balcony with a great view. There was a really good choice at breakfast, we never struggled to find something to eat. We ate at the pool bar a couple of times and the food was good. Always plenty of sunbeds and towels provided but the pool was chilly. The location is perfect, 10 minute walk to Fira, 20 minute walk to Imerovigli and the 3 bells of Fira and the Caldera are just up a small hill out the front of the hotel. The only things that let this hotel down are we had no tea/coffee facilities in our room, no bar in the evening and one miserable member of staff at the pool bar. The rest of the staff and especially the cleaners were amazing. Would we stay again? Yes

Great Hotel in Fireostefani

Beautiful hotel in Fireostefani. Right across the road you have great views of the Caldera. Spotlessly clean hotel with great housekeeping, front of house and bar staff. They make excellent cocktails at the pool bar and most nights we came back here for a few. The hotel is within walking distance of Fira. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if we return to Santorini in the future it's here we will stay.

Sunrise and sunset in one hotel!

This is a very special hotel. Located a short walk to the heart of town…this place is a gem. Clean, modern, elegant and outstanding service. We had the good fortune to be given a room with a private pool. We could see the sunrise by the pool and watch the sunset across the road from the hotel lobby. The buffet breakfast had an amazing selection and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to town. Several great places to dine are nearby. This place is incredible and very memorable.

Hotel misses the mark on expectations for views and experience

Our travel agent booked this hotel. It is close to walk to shopping and restaurants in Fira, however if you are expecting the views like in the post cards forget it as the hotel is on the other side of the ridge looking away from the sunset and rise. We are here currently with absolutely no view, only a concrete wall. If you insist on staying be very careful what room you choose and you may get a sea view if you insist on one. Feeling a little disappointed so far on this stay.
