Falirakin vesipuisto on kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellilta saa vuokrattua autoja ja näissä hinnat edulliset. Itsellämme vuokrauksessa kaikki toimi niinkuin pitikin!

These apartments are fantastic, huge, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The staff are lovely, so polite and friendly, give 100% of their time and effort. Just be aware that the pictures that are on the websites are old ones. There is no longer a lovely huge pool, it's been given over to the Boutique Hotel next door The Esperides, and they have built their own pool area, that you can't use. No problem for us, as it was just 2 of us but if you have children, and expect a massive pool, your in for a shock. The pool is small, and not really enjoyable for a child if they want something interesting. Access to the beach is down a side road, not through the back of the hotel that I think there was before. We spoke to a lady who has been here many times before, so she told us about how it was before the boutique hotel was refurbished . But the beach is fab, the beach bar is lush! Do take ear plugs because it is noisy of a night time especially if the wind gets up! All in all, a fabulous place, we're definitely coming again next year!
Super hotel with great staff
This hotel was a pleasent surprise, and we have realy enjoyed our week here. Big spacious appartments, with hyge balcony, nice beds and effective Aircon. The fitness centre was maybe the best we have seen in a hotel so far. Small pool area, but 5 minuttes walk to beach, where a sunbeds can be rented for 6 Euro including sunshade. Public bus right outside the hotel, to Rhodes town or Faliraki. Some noise from the busy road in from of hotel, and also from the Olympos beach hotel next door. Extremely friendly and serviceminded receptionists and cleaning staff. We will come again for sure. Thanks
Overall good but several disappointing elements to our stay
Recently returned from Epsilon and had a mixed experience with our stay. Firstly, the positives. The staff were all very polite - from reception staff to the cleaning staff and the building was spotlessly clean. The rooms were also a very good standard with comfy beds and modern interiors. The Beach bar close by was also a highlight with good food and a nice ambient vibe. The staff at the beach bar are equally as friendly as those working at Epsilon and none of what follows is a reflection on the teams there. There's a few things that anyone booking epsilon should know. Some of the amenities shown on reviews and on their website are no longer available. There is another hotel being developed close to or on this site and the pool you see on some of the pictures with the fixed beds is no longer a part of Epsilon or usable by guests. There is another small pool available with the only free sunbeds around but I found this to be a little underwhelming and once more than five people were in there, chances of movement / swimming round the pool was very restricted. The water was, on at least four days of our 13 day stay, quite murky too. The other problem with the development of the new hotel was the noise - it wasn't heavy construction noise but drilling etc and this started at around 8am. The rooms are very poor at isolating the noise and several venues on the doorstep of this hotel have loud shows taking place until 11pm so when you have that and then the hotel development noise starting early morning, it didn't exactly feel like a relaxing holiday at times - glad I took my earphones! There is also mention of an old navy bar on their website but this has since seemingly closed and so most will need to walk into Faliraki for a drink after about 6pm or visit the nice small cafe - I think it was called Moda Cafe - at the end of the shopping centre part of epsilon. I took both the pool issue and the bar issue up with the hotel and received what I felt was a pre-scripted and closed response and a bowl of fruit the next day. They stated that the website - since January 2022 - now only shows the amenities available at the hotel, but we booked after this time, saw these facilities that are no longer available then and they are still on the website at time of writing - despite what they say. I think Epsilon are trying to distance themselves from being termed a 'hotel' and rightly so. These are pretty much holiday apartments and so expect room only to a degree. There's a lot that these apartments get right as mentioned and our stay could best be described as pleasant but underwhelming, partly because this is clearly a premises going through a transition and I didn't feel it offered particularly great value for money because of this.
