Best Hotel in Parga

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and had the best holiday ever, the staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and spoke perfect English. The location is perfect and you are never more than a minute’s walk from the beach. There is also a bar/restaurant in the hotel which does great food and amazing drinks. We will definitely be back next year and I would love to personally thank the couple who run the hotel - really lovely people with unbelieablw service.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds . Kettle, fridge and hairdryer in room . Staff were wonderful. Really helpful , nothing was too much trouble . Elsa and Minos were great hosts and the staff at breakfast were lovely. The restaurant food in the evenings was amazing . Moussaka, seafood, pork, chicken. Tried them all and never had a bad meal. Service was excellent. The pool was lovely and inviting or you could use the sunbeds on the beach. €8 for 2 sunbeds, umbrella and table.Hope to come back next September. Thanks to all of you for making our lovely holiday better x

Location that matters

Nice front sea rooms, you listen the waves as you sleep! Great hotel restaurant and free parking. You feel like home from the first moment, the friendly staff helps to that. Ask for Giannis special seafood pasta. We will stay again to our next visit at Parga .

Not as advertised

First of all i want to say that the view and location is good and the hotel was clean, but thats the end of the good stuff. We booked via Hotels.com, and the hotel name title it says "Bianco Resort - Adults only". The price was surprisingly high, but since they advertised a 40 sqm room with sea view at an adult only hotel, we thought we'll pay the little extra (there are a lot of good options in the area). When we arrived, we were presented with a tiny hotel room. We wanted to have a shower but they had removed the soap from the soap dispencer in the shower, and left ut with two tiny soap bottles for body and hair, which is not enough for two adults with long hair. They day after they failed to refill, so we had to buy our own soap (it should not be like this in a hotel). The manager told us that they had removed soap from the dispencers as a corona-countermeasure but that doesnt make sense at all because everyone is going to try and get soap out of them anyways. They should clean them just as they clean the sink handle and everything else. The worst part is that we were woken up, 4 out of 7 days, by kids screaming and running in the hallway (the hotel is very loud). After we told the manager this, he only went on excusing himself saying that they said yes to one family because they were guests of them before they turned into an "adults only" hotel. First of all, that doesnt matter to us, because it is not what was advertised. Second of all he lied because there were other families arriving in the coming days as well. Although I can understand that you make exceptions in corona-times, but then you should not advertise it as "adults only"! About the size of the room, the manager also excused himself and said that it is better to book from booking.com rather than hotels.com because "that is more correct". Again; that does not matter to us because it is not what was advertised. When we book via hotels.com we send an request via their platform to the hotel, which the hotel accept (with the conditions in the booking document from hotels.com). He said the the 40sqm room is their juniour suite which is 50 eur more a night. I let them know of all the problems, and even then he would not budge to make changes in any way so that we would get what was advertised. This is basic travel and customer service within the tourist industry - therefore they earn this bad rating. We really should have gotten some kind of refund for the noise, or a bigger room as advertised. The food is okay but the coffee is just terrible. We also talked to other locals and as soon as we mentioned Bianco, they replied with "Oh, they have terrible coffee!" Honestly, I would not mention this if it was not the worst coffee I've ever tasted. Advertised as 4-star hotel, but it is definitely not.

Located in the center of parga ,beach is about 5m from the hotel entrance, staff were very pleasure,kind and to the point. Rooms minimal decorated with equipment like fridge, towels, baths soaps.. Also there is a parking and a pool.. very helpful.. I would totally recommend it for your holidays.. I will sure come back ! Ps . . The only negative was that I would like to now sooner that we couldn't use the A/C , and that you have 3 types of breaky (cheapy ones) instead of buffet cause of restrictions for Covid19..
