Evdokia Hotel Naxos

Friendly relatively quiet hotel, right by the long sandy Plaka beach but with own pool. Bus stop 50m from hotel to go to the main town though many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Good value breakfast and snacks available throughout the day. Clean room with bedding and towels changed every day. Fridge, mikro and some cooking equipment to make basic meals. Room 4 has great views, decent sized four poster bed and adequate bathroom. Well worth the price and we will come again. Thank you to Anna and all ber friendly staff. Efaristo!

The ultimate Plaka Beach experience

Anna, Dimitris and the rest of the crew provide a great experience. The rooms are nice, clean and air conditioned. The resort is 100m from the beach and the hotel is connected with the Aegean Palace hotel and together they have 2 beach locations with chairs and beds with great service. The pool is nice, the breakfast good and the service of Dimitris great. And you can use the facilities of the Aegean Palace like the pool and fitness club. We can highly recommend this place for the ultimate Plaka Beach experience on Naxos.

Great vacation at the beach!

The hotel has a great location at the beautiful Plaka beach that we just couldn’t get enough of. It is a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment hotel. The staff is professional and attentive and we just can’t praise the owner/the boss of this establishment, Anna! What a great woman who is always on alert and devoted to the guests at the hotel! She is the soul of Evdokia and Aegean palace! We would definitely come back!

You don’t get what you book

Booked a deluxe 2 bed apartment with hot tub ! What did we get a poor one bed studio . no private balcony poorly equipped kitchen - no microwave or kettle ( although brought later after asking! ) no knives chopping board nothing. Broken mosquitoe net - not repaired even though pointed out. Great view of the sea though plus air conditioning worked. Breakfast was to say the least average all pre cooked so was cold or Luke warm - fried eggs cold not for me ! Why pre cook omelettes and and fried eggs and gave staff just watching ? Children helping themselves to food and handling the bread again not a nice experience to be honest . Staff excellent I have to say polite and quick to help . Changed rooms 3 times until we finally got the 2 bedroomed apartment we actually booked that had been let out as an upgrade to some Californians and another family which we were told was a 3 bed house ??? Not at all happy after paying so much for this hotel and booking.com never responded to my emails or calls to help . 3 stars are fir the staff nothing else really . Although second room was good but not what we booked please note this in reading my review. It’s simply not acceptable to put deluxe 2 bedroomed apartment and not give it . The owner actually stated they didn’t have a 2 bed apartment but what were we in for the last 2 nights ??? A 2 bed apartment!!! Really poor customer service on 2 counts

Fabulous place to stay

A truly great place to stay. Next to the best beach in the Cyclades the accommodation is first class the staff super friendly. I can’t remember staying anywhere better. Spotlessly clean the rooms are serviced every day and the breakfasts are faultless.
