Beautiful, peaceful Place to stay

13 Keys Suites was a beautiful place to stay on our recent wedding planning trip to Lefkada. Hidden down a quiet side road but within a very short walk to the hustle and bustle of Nidri centre where you will find plenty of bars, shops, restaurants, car hire firms & the bus stop that links Nidri with the rest of the island, making this the perfect base for your holiday in Lefkada. Nidri beach is also just a short walk away. Rooms and facilities are brand new, modern and spotlessly clean, our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains at the back of the property which was quiet and private. In your room you will find a mini fridge which was re-stocked daily with water, wine & soft drinks (at a cost) which was ideal on our late arrival as all the shops were already closed. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. My only slight grove would be that there could be a little more storage as there was very little drawer space but we managed fine with the small wardrobe and shelving. This is a family run complex, with friendly, helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble for them! The breakfast was continental style, delivered to your room at a time of your choosing in a cute picnic basket - this included hard boiled eggs, bread rolls, pastries, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal bars & fresh orange juice - we sometimes - there was so much food that on some days we packed up what was left over and took it with us as snacks / a light lunch while we were out exploring the island. There is a reception area and bar that is open through the day serving drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of loungers / seating that are all very comfortable and towels are provided if you need them. Overall absolutely loved our stay at 13 Keys suites and will 100% be recommending to our guests when we return for our wedding in 2024

23 Key Suites cancelled our booking without any notice or explanation!

Please avoid booking 13 Key Suites as they have cancelled our booking we made months ago and paid for in full without no explanation only a week before we are due to go to Lefkada! They have not offered us any help to find alternative accommodation, and they have not even offered us compensation as now we are finding any other accommodation is twice the price so near to our holiday date. They have godly ignored my emails asking why they have cancelled my booking. I called them to ask for an explanation and the lady at 13 Key Suites was so rude to me on the phone and told me she would speak to the owner and get them to call me but I have received no response. It is an awful way to treat people. We are now left with no alternative accommodation and still waiting for my full refund which I have been told it could take up to 12 days! They have held my money for 3 weeks! You have been earning interest on my money you have taken weeks ago. Shame on you! So please, do not book this hotel as you might end up with no place to stay at short notice and waiting weeks for your money back.

Super moderne flot hotel

Så flot og elegant hotel. Liger tæt på byen, men alligevel fredeligt. Super venligt betjening, bare spørg og de hopper og springer for dig. Hver morgen får du en kurv med morgenmad og hvis du mangler noget, så spørg, og du får straks det du mangler. Vi boede på et super værelse i 2 etager, med super udsigt, flot badeværelse og stor altan.
