Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with family atmosphere.Food was nice and especially manager Elena in restaurant was amazing.Also activity team was superb.Our kids had lots of fun.Rooms need upgrade but otherwise we made some lovely memories in here.Weather brilliant for October.

You won't be disappointed!

This hotel is an ideal base for families, couples, or, like me, a solo traveller. The accommodation is set out beautifully, with lots of room between bedroom blocks. All bedrooms face north, so remain cool during the daytime. The food is varied and plentiful. 2 a la cart restaurants plus the buffet restaurant, which seems to never close! The staff are friendly and helpful. A lovely walk into Hersonissos is available and recommended. Also recommended is the "Real Crete" jeep safari with Safari Experts. The whole day trip was a joy from start to finish. All in all,this is a perfect holiday destination.

Comfortable! Clean and relaxing!

We had an amazing stay! Cretan Village staff were extremely welcoming and the atmosphere was amazing. The amusement team were very welcoming and because of this we had a very relaxed stay. The room was lovely, cleaned every day, The weather was beautiful even on the last days of october. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Family holiday

Amazing family holiday. Couldn’t have asked for more! Amazing facilities and nice spacious rooms! Staff were all really great and couldn’t do enough for us. Plenty of good choices of food for morning, afternoon and evening meals! Lots of activities for the kids, we travelled with 4 other family’s ages from 1-14 We travelled to Mitsis Faliraki Beach last year, too - both amazing stays and can’t recommend the Mitsis chain enough! Thanks to all at Team Mitsis!!!

Brilliant Family holiday, highly recommended!

Amazing family holiday. Couldn’t have asked for more! Amazing facilities and nice spacious rooms! Staff were all really attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Plenty of good choices of food for morning, afternoon and evening - the Gyros at the beach bar were 10/10!! Lots of activities for the kids, we travelled with a 4 year old who really enjoyed his time. We travelled to Mitsis Faliraki Beach last year, too - both amazing stays and can’t recommend the Mitsis chain enough! Thanks to all at Team Mitsis for a fantastic family holiday!
