Perfect holidays in Crete!

Perfect service, gentle personal and excellent food. It couldn't be better!! In the end of October there aren't too many people but the service is still perfect and the food in the different restaurants was awesome!

Super hotel!

Had a great week here with my daughter. Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Loved walking round in the mornings down to the beach before breakfast. Super beach. We visited at the end of the season, so I guess the hotel wasn’t full. The pools had loads of beds & even at 10.30am, there were plenty free at all of the pools & on the beach. The staff were great & we felt very spoilt having drinks brought to our sunbeds. The food at breakfast & dinner was super. Plenty of choice & we enjoyed the different venues. Took the little train up to Lake Kournas which was lovely & then we made our own way, walking, back. We took the bus to Chania which was only €4.10 each! Plenty to see there & also great shops. The nearby village was small & a lot of the bars etc had closed for the season but we enjoyed a daily walk along the beach to the supermarket. I visited with my 18 year old, so we obviously didn’t need the kids facilities, but the many families we saw seemed to be having a great time with lots going on for the little ones. The vast majority of guests were German & everyone was very nice & it was a lovely atmosphere. As British guests, we felt very welcome & we could not fault the staff at all. We would definitely recommend this hotel 100%

Seamless holidays at the Pilot Beach Ressort

Seamless Holidays! Very friendly and helpful people. We could change our room without any problems and we were perfectly supported by the pilot team. Especially the Giallos Beachrestaurant was very good for Breakfast and dinner.

Fantastic hotel for families.

Had a wonderful time at pilot during UK October half term. The resort is beautiful, beach is amazing, and animation team are delightful. Was blown away by the evening entertainments. Just wish they could be set earlier. Mini disco was much loved by my two kids, 7 and 9. Loved the variety of sports and fitness offerings through the day also. Kept us a bit too busy. Nearby kournas lake is a fantastic half day outing that is a must I think. Being strict vegetarians we were surprised by the choice of food available. Major gripe though is that the veg food is not kept separate from the meat food. If it were separated it would be a much more guilt free experience for vegetarians like ourselves who don't even like the thought of spoons being mixed up, which we are sure was happening at a number of stations. Please make this change for the benefit of those like us. Am sure it is doable. If this was fixed I would probably give 5 star review. Another disappointment that there was no free steam and sauna available for guest use. Had to book and pay for this. Think that this should be a minimum offering for a hotel of this calibre.

Great week at crete - Pilot Beach Resort

Very nice location with very friendly stuff. Good restaurants, very good service and excellent beach. Fair prices at the bar and mini shop. Our beautyfull apartment was located only 50m from the beach and the next bar or restaurant.
