Loistava lomahotelli

Olemme matkanneet Kreikan saarilla useasti ja majoittuneet hotelleihin jotka matkatoimisto on luokitellut 3-4 tähden arvoisiksi. Siksi yllätyimme positiivisesti kun saavuimme hotelliin, Aurinkomatkojen arvostelu 3+ on selvästi alakanttiin. Tässä hotellissa on todella huomioitu asiakkaan viihtyvyys. Saapuessamme hotelliin jouduimme odottamaan huonetta reilun tunnin verran, hotelli tarjosi juomat odottelun ajaksi. Huoneessa ja ylipäätään koko hotellissa oli äärettömän siistiä ja huoneen päivittäiset siivoukset tehtiin huolella ja kiirehtimättä. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka ainoa päivä puhtaisiin ja allaspyyhkeet sai vastaanotosta veloituksetta käyttöön, näillä myös päivittäinen vaihto mahdollisuus puhtaisiin. Huoneistossa oli huomioitu viihtyvyys ja olemisen helppous mm. litran vesipullo, pikakahvia, teetä, keksejä, suihkugeeliä, shampoota, hoitoainetta ym. oli tarjolla. Sängyt olivat parhaat mitä lomahotelleissa olemme tavanneet ja erilaisia tyynyjä oli useampia mistä sai valita sopivan. Jopa korvatulpat oli varattu vieraille. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja valinnan varaa runsaasti. Saapuessamme hotelliin meille tarjottiin kahden illan ateriapakettia 30€/henkilö ja lapset söivät näinä iltoina ilmaiseksi. Paketti sisälsi buffet-ruokailut ja ohjelman BBQ- ja Kreikkalaiseen iltaan. Todellakin hintansa arvoinen paketti, ruoka oli hyvää ja valinnan varaa oli todella runsaasti. Myös baarissa ja vastaanotossa saimme ystävällistä ja osaavaa palvelua. Uima-altaat olivat mitä mainioimmat lapsiperheen tarpeisiin ja aurinkotuoleja oli aina hyvin saatavilla, vaikka sesonki olikin kiireisimmillään ja hotelli oli lähes täynnä. Käytimme myös pesulapalvelua, joka sekin toimi hyvin ja hinta oli kohtuullinen. Kaiken kaikkiaan loistava hotelli, jota voi suositella lämpimästi kaikille. Loistava kohde

Viivyimme täällä syyskuussa 2013, meitä on kaksi aikuista ja kaksi lasta. Hotelli ottaa lapset hyvin huomioon, lapset syövät ilmaiseksi maksavan aikuisen kanssa. Allas oli valtava ja hyvä kaikille ikäryhmille ja palvelu ravintolassa oli loistavaa. Etenkin Ali oli mainio, hän tervehti meitä aina hymyssäsuin ja palveli aina hyvin tehokkaasti. Sijainti oli loistava, vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Ainoa huono puoli olivat hyttyset, öisin ei voinut siksi nukkua ovi auki ja ilmastoinnista pitää maksaa 5 euroa per yö. Sängyt olivat hieman kovat.

Fantastic holiday, amazing staff!

Arrived at 0100am and we were greeted by Anthony the night receptionist, he was so friendly and helpful and helped us to the room with our suitcases, showed us how to work the air conditioning and even got us some drinks from the bar. We booked a two bedroom family apartment which was immaculately clean, spacious, and had everything we needed most importantly the extra space for our teenager to have his privacy. We had room 1205 and it was absolutely huge, with a massive balcony and two sets of patio doors. All of the staff are absolutely amazing and can’t do enough for you, the food and drinks are excellent, the hotel is situated approximately 20 minutes stroll into town which makes it a perfect location. Our return flight home was delayed 25 hours and the hotel was extremely helpful and even though it was the day which the hotel was closing for the summer season, they kept the bar and restaurant open for us and again were so kind and helpful. The Greek night at the hotel restaurant was fantastic and highly recommended. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be back, my son says it’s the best holiday he has ever had.

Fantastic Stay amazing staff and facilities

Arrived at 5.30 am Anthony the night reception was just amazing so helpful amd couldn't do enough which we soon found was the case with all the staff who were brilliant special thank you to Christina. The hotel is well run spotlessly clean and the facilities are just great pools are superb and excellent children's facilities too. Food is also brilliant from breakfasts to evening bbqs ect just a great visit from start to finish thank you to everyone there.

Holiday

Just returned home from 10 days at this resort Absolutely beautiful hotel staff are super friendly and accommodating 24/7 even down to the night guard. Rooms are cleaned daily with sheets changed ever other day , towels daily if placed in Bath. We stayed in a 1 bedroom studio which was plenty roomy ,large bedroom with a balcony and a kitchen area with ample room if you wanted to cook in there , however the only negative comment I would make is the size of the bathroom which is very small compared to the room but when your out all day your not using it much.if I was drying my hair as that's wher rhe hairdryer was then ni room to use anything else . Pool towels are free and can be changed daily Food was always amazing we ate there mist evenings and the staff are super excellent especially Peter who was a lovely guy indeed Would I stay here again 100%? Yes, i would its central to marina and harbour and the shops .all withing a 10 min walking distance . Always managed to get a sunbed as there is sufficient around the 3 pools Entertainment is 2 maybe 3 nights a week with a Greek night and bbq night with extra cost
