Käymisen arvoinen

Hyvä maamerkki americanoksessa, Omalla tavallaan voisi sanoa tyylillä tehty. Emme ruokailleet, mutta paljon heitäkin oli siinä. Perheen pienimmille laittaisin kuulonsuojaimet korville. Yläkerta ja terassi olivat meidän tarkoitukseen hyvä Paussi paikka. Kohtaamispaikkana myös keskeisellä paikalla.

Loistava hotelli Teneriffalla

Upea hotelli kokonaisuus, jossa kaksi täysin uusittua tornihotellia sekä useita allasosastoja (Hotellissa on rakennettu paljon uutta. Lisäksi koko hotelli on täydellisesti äskettäin remontoitu uutta vastaavaksi).

3/4 star experience for us 😞

Gold Suite Half Board. Pros: Good pool scene for families Good nightly entertainment Staff very curious and work hard Cons: Location - not much inPlaya Paraiso. Taxi €25 to Adeje and €10 to La Caleta Buffet Restaurant - like a school canteen. Poor quality food. Although we could use A La Carte restaurants they were all fully booked for our one week trip so we ended up eating out in La Caleta and Costa Adeje. Our trip cost us just under £5k in school holidays for 3 of us so we were disappointed. Rooms -not luxurious. Queues for drinks and daytime food Basically this was a 3/4 star experience for an expensive break. We wouldn’t recommend or return

Restricted

Had a good week stay in October which was an early UK half term week. On the whole the hotel was very good, cant fault the staff and hotel, facilities but i get the impression that the hotel is trying to run at near capacity with not enough facilities and staff open. Good Rooms - great room, maid service was excellent Staff very helpful and always tried to do what they could to help Pools and facilities were great and very clean Food - very good, was dreading the breakfast and evening buffet but was pleasantly surprised, if you are covid twitchy take your own sanitiser as didn't see many guests use it before handling the utensils etc. People saying not much variation, yes there were the staples every day but also noticed that they changed a lot every day. I wanted to get a dish that was made on the first day and it was never on again. We ate there for 4 nights and it didn't feel repetitive. Bad Reservations at restaurants- we were all inclusive but could book other restaurants easily, we arrived on Saturday afternoon and tried to make reservations straight away on the app which never worked as always errored when we tried to confirm. We did eventually get some through guest services but was a battle and some timing was not great with a young family. I subsequently spoke to some guests arriving a couple of days after us getting reservations every day at restaurants with lagoon reservations everyday (we tried this on the first day for any day), we couldn't secure the Japanese restaurant at all due to limited opening and they had got a booking 2 days after our arrival. We did manage to get 3 reservations which was good compared to some that got none or very late reservations so was fine. I did speak to a duty manager about this who said that reservations were first come first served. When dining at the restaurants it was very clear they could have got more covers in, most tables only used once in the time we were there from 7.30 till 9.30 on a couple of occasions with earlier diners long departed by 8 and the restaurant half empty. Some of the restaurants were very slow (3rd Half and the Pool restaurant in the main building). They are also very expensive for what you get though the food is good. Bars - very busy, staff doing their best and couldn't fault them once served. Could never work out how the table service worked by the lagoon bar, staff were always busy but was never sure who they were serving as no-one ever got drinks near us and we hardly ever got anyone to bring drinks so used to just go to the bar when it was quieter (usually at lunch-time and late afternoon). Certainly no need to queue for 30 mins! Parking - expensive but convenient, there is free parking on the street but not much space. General People commenting not enough loungers/or having to queue, this is only true if you want a specific spot otherwise you are pretty good until 11 otherwise it does get busy but was a peak week when were were there and lots of people left the pool by 3 so more loungers again. We went out a few days and came back at 3 and didn't have any trouble getting a spot. We also found breakfast was quieter before 9 and buffet after 8.30 also quieter. Evening entertainment was fine, if limited and a bit repetitive but was not high on our list for the stay. All inclusive on the whole was ok, we didn't max it out but was worthwhile if you can get int the lagoon bar for lunch which was very good and have a few cocktails in the day and night! Nice that premium drinks mostly included. Location - not a lot in immediate vicinity but we were all inclusive so not really an issue and were aware of this before we booked. it is near to other resorts/siam park (16 euro taxi, 10-15min) so depends what you want really. On the whole was a very good stay, apart from the restaurant reservation issues. Its feels they probably have too many guests for the service on offer so happy to give benefit of the doubt as staff were excellent and this issue is possibly down to covid restrictions.
