Worthless accommodation. Very unsafe. Our apartment got broken into on Broad daylight. No help or sympathy from the management. Not even from booking.com. our whole 2 week vacation was ruined by the incident. I would not recommend anyone going to this establishment or recommend anyone making a journey with booking.com.

Wow - for the cost of the apartment to rent for a week we was really impressed. Modern and Clear apartment. Pool area getting the sun for most the day and daily house keeping. Close to everything. No negatives about the apartment apart from having to wait for the water to heat up between people having showers and there is a bus that passes often throughout the night. This is a serviced apartment so really did feel like our own place and not a hotel complex. Was there for gay pride and was nice to come away from it all and relax. There is a lot of steps down to the beach but we are young so that’s ok. Only a few min walk. There is also a SPAR shop across the road which was really handle. Would stay here again

Did not stay here through choice, was moved because the original accommodation booked through Travel Republic had a "plumbing problem" (of which I'm dubious, was more likely overbooking). Upon arrival, the outside pool area was almost completely in the shade (very early afternoon), and all the sunbeds were dirty and grimey. The room was a reasonable size, but there were stained towels, grease on the kitchen appliances/extractor and bags of rubbish outside of the front door. Another room we received couldn't even open the balcony door, so couldn't ventilate the room. There was nobody in the premises to discuss the problems with, we were just handed the keys at the original destination (Dolores Apts). The location is very close to the beach, but too close to comfort to the Kazbah Centre (pick-pocket central)

We stayed here for 3 nights before moving on to our hotel. The location is fabulous, a 30 second walk to the beach, 50 yards from a spar and 3 minute walk to bars and restaurants. The apartments are clean and the maids are great, the only issue I had with the apartment was that the shower was very small and it was difficult to wash your hair. The apartment block itself is very safe as you need a key to get into the iron gate at the front as well as your room. There is also an iron bar on the balcony for extra security. The pool is quite small however there is rarely people in it making it feel like your own private pool most day. The only downside really of this apartment is no air conditioning.

Do not stay here! Originally booked to stay in Las Walkirias Hotel with Travelrepublic but were moved here due to "overbooking". 1) Upon arrival at Hotel Los Caribes 2 we were greeted by a man claiming to be part of management (though would not give us his name) who had our names on a list making it obvious this relocation had been predetermined. We found that the “Hotel” was not a hotel at all but rather apartments. We were situated next to an extremely busy road making sleeping during the three nights we stayed extremely difficult. We also found that there was no reception meaning we could not easily talk to a member of staff, there was a very small pool with no jacuzzi (the pool at Las Walkirias Apartment being one of the main reasons we booked there) and that there was no atmosphere (again, we booked the Las Walkirias Apartment in order to be around people of our young age). We originally complained to the man (who’s name I do not know) about the hotel lacking the facilities we wanted. I explain to this man that if he could not accommodate to what we paid for then we expect an upgrade and the apartment we were looking at was a downgrade. He was extremely rude and told us “stay here or leave and have nowhere to stay”. Due to the lack of reception and staff, we were given a phone number to contact this man on therefore I spent a lot of money on my phone contacting him which is unacceptable. 2) The apartment we were given lacked cleanliness along with the surroundings. Upon arrival we found that both bed sheets had cigarette burns and stains on them, the bathroom had not been sufficiently cleaned, as there were hairs on the walls and toothpaste marks in the sink and on the taps as well as stains in the toilet. The walls had a lot of stains and the cupboards dusty. In addition, the cleaners never once came during our stay meaning we did not get fresh sheets. The pool was very unclean with feathers, hair and rubbish being in it. The sunbeds surrounding the pool were too very unclean. There were also bags of rubbish surrounding the pool and full bins. 3) There was no hot water during the duration of our stay. After realising that there was no hot water and we therefore couldn't shower after travelling we contacted the man who greeted us on arrival. He said he would arrive in 5 minutes however took 3 hours. In this time we sat waiting for him anxious to go shopping for water and food. He told us that he would send somebody to fix this however he never did. We contacted him 3 times regarding this issue but resorted to having cold showers. 4) There was no reception, bar, restaurant or lounge where we stayed which were facilities we paid for at the Las Walkirias apartments. When wishing to drink or eat out we had to walk around searching for bars and restaurants. 5) Upon arrival we were told that we could check out at any time on the 25th, however we experienced a horrific and embarrassing ordeal when this day came along. At approximately 11:30am he along with a woman we assume to be the cleaner, he let himself into our apartment without knocking. Due to having an afternoon flight home, we had not packed nor had we began to get ready or showered. He began to get very angry with us telling us we had to leave the apartment right now. We attempted to explain that he had previously told us we could leave whenever and he began to get very angry but eventually gave us half an hour to pack our belongings meaning we did not have time to shower. Whilst packing our case he brought in an elderly couple (who we assume were staying in the room after us) and showed them around the apartment where our personal belongings were and the bedroom where my friend was half dressed which was extremely embarrassing. The cleaner then came into the room and shouted at us to “leave” and would not even let use the toilet. We found ourselves with nowhere to go 5 hours prior to our flight and after having no time to shower we were both very distressed. 6)Due to the lack of any information contained on the poolside ‘pool card’, I was unable to determine if this pool had its cleanliness checked within its recent history. Having a mild skin complaint, I could not afford to risk entering the pool not armed with at least this basic information. 7)There were security gates present to prevent unauthorised access into the grounds, there was also a sliding metal gate protecting the patio doors (accessing the balcony). However, the bedroom window ‘gate’ was fixed shut . My concern here was the necessity of all this security which naturally added to the already cumulative frustrations. Furthermore, needing a key to open this shutter/gates from inside the apartment is a health & safety risk.
