Huoneet kaipaa äänieristystä,siitä pitkä miinus
Huoneiden äänieristys kelvoton samoin käytävältä tulevan oven eristys. Naapurihuoneista ja käytävältä tavallinen puheääni kuuluu kuin puhuttaisiin samassa huoneessa.Yleiset tilat viihtyisät.Palvelu ok
Pettymys
Hotelli on suunniteltu saksalaisia vieraita varten ja englantia puhuvia onkin alle kymmenesosa. Tämän vuoksi ruokailun aikana olikin hieman sekaannusta. Hotelli on erinomaiselle paikalla, mutta huono palvelu aiheutti pettymyksen. Viihde oli keskinkertaista
Generally good with a few wrinkles
Generally enjoyed our stay. Great position, very attentive staff, the bar was excellent for an early evening drink. Pool was very quiet, it had the comfiest sun beds I have ever sat on. Our room was one of the smaller ones but with a sea view, so once we got used to the size of the room we enjoyed the position of it. Breakfast had a fair amount of choice even though we found it hard as English people to make the staff understand us. Our fault we should speak more than one language. A few wrinkles that I would like to mention 1 The hot food at breakfast was always lukewarm, on the buffet or when you ordered off the menu 2 The room layout was very ‘ instagramable’ but very impractical. The sink in the middle of the main bedroom drove us slightly mad 3 The room was serviced at random times so we never knew for sure when we went back to the room whether it would have been cleaned or not. 4 The lighting in the whole of the hotel is too dark during the day, certainly if you used the stairs as we did with a dark grey carpet and no lighting you really had to be careful not to trip up
A little disappointed
2nd time and probably the last time also! Restaurant staff amazing however reception staff not all the best. My lopesan bag got damaged ,so I asked a new one and the message I got was (you need to pay for this) I was like ohw okay… I paid over 4000 euros for a week vacation and on top I need to pay 10 euros for a new bag of lopesan. Also I was here to celebrate my birthday and I was a little bit disappointed that this was not even noticed or being picked up as my room was decorated by my husband, and a simple gesture would have been appreciated. All combined we don’t care about spending more money for a luxury hotel however those two things were not as we should have expected
Great hotel, shame about the "music".
So much about this hotel is great. Location, main pool, and service are all 5 stars, and our junior suite looking across the beach was superb. Breakfast was always a pleasure, both the food itself and the staff. The one thing which took the shine off for us was the horribly intrusive thump, thump noise of the "music" from the Blue Marlin club on the rooftop ( floor 6). In the afternoon, it could be heard from the swimming pool outside on the ground or on our balcony (floor 4). It seems incredible that a hotel of this quality allows itself to be spoilt in this way.
