Hotelli hieman syrjässä, n 3.5km dyyneille ja ympäristössä ei paljoakaan. Hotellilla bussikuljetus muutama kerta päivässä dyyneille ja takaisin. Hotellin huonetaso vaihteleva-näkymä voi olla sisäpihalle/uima-altaalle tai voi olla moottoritille tai muualle. Huone C 521 oli kulunut ja wc:n ovi kärsinyt vesivauriot josta ilmoitimme oppaalle, mutta kukaan ei käynyt katsomassa. Ruokasalissa kova meteli, mutta ruoka tosi hyvää ja erilaista löytyi ja hyvät jälkiruuat, hedelmät ym. Uima-altaan aurinkotuolit varattava jo aamulla koska välttämättä ei riitä kaikille,

Onnistunut loma

Vietimme onnistuneen loman täällä. Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää. Huoneet siivottiin päivittäin. Miinus altaiden kylmyydestä, lasten kahluuallas lämpeni vasta iltapäivällä. Taksilla pääsi näppärästi joka paikkaan, edullisesti.

Unelmaloma

Olimme hotellissa viikon 12. Kaksi aikuista ja 11 ja 13-vuotiaat pojat. Huone oli standardi-huone, mutta hyvin mahduttiin. Siivous ensiluokkaista. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Ruoka hyvää ja menu vaihteli päivittäin. All inclusive on lyömätön kun ollaan lasten kanssa matkassa. Pojat nauttivat tilavista, lämmitetyistä altaista. Paljon kaikenlaista aktiviteettia lapsille ja aikuisille. Mainio perhehotelli!

Henkilökunta ei puhunut hyvin englantia. Henkilökunta töykeää. Ruoka oli pahaa. Ykikypsää tai raakaa ruokaa. Ruokaa eikä juomaa saanut hotellista 23-08 välisenä aikana. Huoneiden siivouksessa parannettavaa, villakoirat juoksi lattialla ja oli pölyistä.

Ok for sun - and price -

-Reception- Check in - was fine after 3 pm - reception team seem on other occasions very slow . Unable to multitask Eg: one lady was complaining so the whole 3 person team decided it would be best to give her their attention while I waited 10 mins while she screamed about the Tv not working - causing the queue to become 10 deep (Feedback ) - on arrival reception team need to ask if ppl want the safe so annoying to get to room and realise that you have to pay 2€ a day and omg go Q again for another age ! If ppl dnt want it they will decline . (Feedback ) - on arrival tell you clients where things are just pointing at a building that’s your room . Explaining where you eat - there’s a bar a wellbeing centre - there’s a screen explaining up coming events these little things help ( we have never been before !!!) seemed lack of care - we observed the new ppl just wandering around looking clueless with suitcases knackered from flying and needing a drink ( but it’s not any in your room sorry ) looking for block AB etc the entrance the lifts etc - we experienced this at other hotels many times . Good customer service . - My advice is use the reception as little as possible or you will feel frustrated and fed up they are not here to help you . Check in and then when it’s holiday over check out :) - In reception there’s a shop with a bored assistant who was busy writing in her book to even look or talk to u . Damn right rude ! Go in as quick as possible- pretend she’s is a self service and leave the girl was so annoyed I bothered her - Or actually ——>There’s a spa supermarket ! go out of main entrance turn right then left at bottom of road - go there . Everything is 50c cheaper and the lady’s are happy to serve u . Happy and helpful We had a issue with our balcony door it wouldn’t lock i went straight to the manager couldn’t wait in a line again and within 5 mins the maintenance man came very good and sorted it - prob damaged by previous ppl . Fixed all good happy :) if you have urgent stuff go to office around the corner passes reception. Cleaning staff - excellent- pool is clean - everything is great - everything washed down every morning and those sit on cleaning machines buzzing around - in restaurant they change table paper place mats after every person and clean tables down - the staff are always busy busy - Wifi - apparently there’s wifi ! I disagree - it allowed calls snd text and nothing else You will need your own data to do anything at all . Well being centre I had a sports massage from Elizabet who was excellent highly recommend. 30 mins for 25€ she was a professional and really unknotted my back and shoulders :) 5 stars Had another sports massage with Jennifer - very good excellent 5 stars Food / drinks - food is good loads to eat Am vege and not too bad for me - but it’s like a free for all and although I can only comment on the ppl there at a time . Ppl are running to get food like pigs to a trough . Wat a disgusting state of the human race . There so much food you are not Starving . We left in the end to sit outside for abit to go in later as it’s unbearable .the noise the ppl omg ! We are doomed as a race :( Maybe staff need to police this a bit more but …. they would prob get smacked while a roll was being shoved in their mouths Totally hideous and stressful! Scum This did get better after the first morning and we found dnt go at 8am this is maybe when all the greedy pigs go by 0830 it was fine . If u have special needs or asd persons in your holiday gang get them Some music on and headphones . Drinks - coffee machines etc etc cold water no Fizzy drinks ( if u like that sort of thing At breakfast There was soya milk and lactose free milk as well as regular ( excellent) Pool side there’s chips burgers pizzas hot dogs and pasta from 11 am and slush machines and drinks . The local booze is in the AI and the cocktails are from a machine which are not to my taste . My advise if u like proper spirits buy in airport and bring . There’s ice creams too and payable walls ice creams - plenty to eat at every hour :) Rooms - we had a pool side room with two single beds pushed together x shower was fine . Basic just a tv . If u want tea or coffee bring cups and kettle and extras . Nothing is provided not even a bottle of water on arrival . No air con summer months avoid I think it would be too hot ! There’s a ceiling fan which is ok . Showers are over a bath all good - maid service daily very helpful and clean daily if U want . Pool - ppl again running to get sun beds but there’s plenty - more of the same state of the human race ! Hideous and where are your manners not the hotels fault though. There’s plenty of sun beds - there’s entertainment throughout the day - fashion shows - music - pool games plenty if u like to join in or not and just sun bathe - U can hire towels for 1€ a day 10€ deposit . Although non smoking hotel ppl are smoking everywhere stinking the place up - There’s no rules adhered to here at all - My advice is if u keep to yourself you will be fine just be as rude as everyone seems to be dnt smile or make eye contact with anyone who is staying here and pretend u are the sole person of the universe . Entertainment- first night was dancing erotic Ann summers dress up - very good male and female dancers . Noise until around 11pm then quiet . Second night was one dance carnival dance then a disco 2200 quiet Third. Night was very Good trios dancers and performers . Noise 2200 then quiet All entertainment fabulous ! Conclusion- if u got to the end well done - day one I would have swopped hotels in a heartbeat - but day 3 i am warming to it . Follow my advice and dnt get annoyed with shop girl use the spa shop …. With the food pigs . Wait till 0830 for breakfast …..With the reception . Avoid them all if u can and u will have a nice holiday and you can’t beat the sun and mostly it’s ok - I would return if I could have the same room I had and would book daily treatments with Jennifer and Elizabeth who made my holiday :) 3 stars . 1 star lost for not very good reception standards . 1 star for people smoking anywhere / everywhere and not being told by staff ( yuck ) Many Thnks
