Never again

If you want to be treated like crap, go to this hotel. From the day we arrived we’ve been treated like a dog. Absolutely no costumer service at all. If you have questions, they will ignore you. Idk if its because we have half-pension and are young girls or if its because we are dutch, they will assume that money is a issue. Its a shame because the hotel and location are beautiful but the workers ruined our experience in Fuerteventura. Thank god, we came to visit our friends who are locals here in Fuerteventura and we could stay at their place for a few days to cool our minds, but when we came back to the hotel, we were reminded again why we left. Overall review: the hotel and rooms are good, workers are not friendly and helpfull, buffet doesn’t have many options, cold and everyday the food is the same.

Nice hotel!

pro's: Good food for an all inclusive! ( I was very worried for this...) friendly staff a lot of activities for children, we loved the arcade room! cava @ the swimming pool nice building and well maintained garden free parking close to the hotel (on the street) con's the room's are pretty old but clean de wine menu is could be upgraded We had a very nice stay and will come again

Nice place for a winter retreat

Nice place for a week of relaxing. There are plenty of bars and restaurants. The beach is realy nice. I recommend joining one of the activity teams. There are lots of spaces where you can sidd an relax. The staff is all around and ready to help you.

Winter escape

Relaxing 2 week break from winter back in our favourite place.Feel safer than at home outside all day till bedtime. Feel sorry for staff wearing masks.Bad enough just being a guest!Great service from Mary at Esencia reception and Pedro,Emma and Eva in the restaurant .Great to see Billy back upstairs. Missed our nightly saunas due to restrictions and ice creams from Sotovento bar.Even although hotel was quiet still had excellent evening entertainment. Booked to return in March.

A lovely 11 night stay!

We had a lovely family holiday here. Most staff were very helpful and accommodating. I emailed about my dietary requirements before we arrived and got fantastic support from Maria, at guest relations. Although it is a large hotel, we felt there was space for everyone. The beach is close, there is a lovely adults only area and lots of activities throughout the day, such as yoga, water cycling and water games. Also there is a teenage area that has consoles. There is not much to do locally, but I would recommend this hotel.
